My Phnom Penh Cambodia Stay

Hotel staff Sophia & Bot were amazingly helpful & lovely to communicate with, the hotel is in the centre of many shops, restaurants, bars & right next to "The Royal Palace Of Cambodia" & "The Riverside/Sisowath Quay", it was adequate & I highly recommend other travellers to book this Hotel, the talking parrot is adorable/grumpy but cute, the 2 dogs are funny characters, overall the hotel meet all my needs.

Sometimes towels were unavailable.

Holiday away from the cold weather

Idea location in side street off the main road and value for the money per night .clean towels every day and bottled water

Music getting played late at night from bar at the top of the street but that's not the fault of the hotel. Difficult having a shower as the shower head wasn't able to be tilted which was the same in the other hotels we stayed in up to then. It's a simple job to remedy to allow water to be in a downward position . Also noticed that the shelf in bathroom is not screwed to the wall but is done by using glue which is similar to a product called no nails . This will eventually come away which may cause injury to the occupants

Good location… at a different nearby hotel.

The location was excellent. Close to the Riverside, the National museum, and the palace.

Many of the rooms smelled strongly of sewer. When we complained and asked for another, it was like the manager had never heard of the issue. I told her I overheard clients complaining the night before (and the lady next to us complained about her room) suddenly the manager told us that they had workers working on the issue. At least we were able to get another room that was better.

Place needs general renovation of the rooms a specialy bathrooms.

Akzeptabel für 1-2 Nächte

Sehr zentral und hilfsbereiten Personal. Direkt an der Promenade.

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Keine wirkliche Toilettentür (eher Salontür, unten und oben komplett auf) Keinen Schrank, und die Tür zum Balkon nach unten komplett offen.

Good location and price but rude manager

This hotel is good value for money in terms of room quality and location. There is some very cute animals hanging about also which we loved.

We found the manager quite rude and argumentative. The gorgeous golden retriever unfortunately isn’t trained properly and still play bites even though it’s fully grown which isn’t the dogs fault - just a warning if some people go to pet her. Staff hovered around us to get payment for everything, like they were afraid we wouldn’t pay. Wouldn’t come back for these reasons, but price is good.

Klein, fein, zentral.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt neben dem Königspalast und Riverside. Einfaches, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Fenster.

Le plus mauvais établissement

Bon emplacement

Établissement a ne pas réserver. Personnel pas très agréable L’hôtel est très sale, avec des insectes et des cafards dans les chambres. Les murs et les sols sont tachés et noirs de crasse Les chambres sont très défraîchies, et les équipements en mauvais état. Les photos en sont la preuve. Je comprends mieux pourquoi l’établissement ne montre pas de photos des chambres.

Très bon emplacement pour découvrir la capitale

Le personnel est très disponible et attentionné. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour découvrir la capitale ! On recommande pour un séjour de deux ou trois nuits:) Le petit déjeuner est également très bon avec divers choix

Good value and great location. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great staff - they waited for my late check in due to my delayed flight. The complimentary breakfast was delicious!

Something that was out of the control of the hotel... There was a bar nearby that played music very loud, until very late in the evening. It took me a while to get to sleep.

Happy to leave / the dogs were cute

Good location although loud. Staff was friendly.

It was dirty with clumps of hair between the bed and the door to the balcony and larvae on the bathroom ceiling. There was a sign indicating a 30 USD $ fee if the sheet would have a stain. The room was very dark and somber.

Phnomenal!!

Close to Riverside (sorry to state the obvious.) Nice food nearby & awesome sports bar next door. We had top floor room with a great balcony overlooking the river & much of the city. Great value for money

Pleasant, central stay in Phnom Penh

Excellent location, helpful staff, the food is affordable and good, they helped booking our onwards travel.

They entered our room without informing us beforehand to fix an AC. Could have been nice to just let us know. + Staff were a bit moody in the morning, but friendly otherwise.

Everything is fine for us. Centrally located. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice and attentive. Good selection at breakfast. And you can also buy a bus ticket.
