I like the hotel and the staff. It’s just that the sink was not draining very well and there was no extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. But generally, I would like to stay there again & next time inform front desk of problems.

The staff was nice but the hotel is dated. Parking is at a garage not attached so you need to unload in front which can be hectic and hard to go back to your car quickly. It was pet friendly but the fee is $75 which is higher than most.

I really liked how I could walk along Main Street from this hotel and I was lucky enough to find street parking right in front. I only had to pay the meter once when I arrived until 6 PM on a Friday night and then again Saturday morning at 8 AM.

Hu was great. It was clean, well staffed and everyone was friendly. My only issue was parking. There's no heads up that there isn't parking. When i caked and asked, after circling the block, and asked i was told to Park in front on the street until I unload my stuff and check in. The problem was there was NO available parking on the street so I went and ahead and parked across the street in a parking garage. Only to later find out that's where the parking is but i didn't get the discounted parking because I wasn't made aware of it until it was too late.

The beds were hard as a rock, the elevator door would keep opening and closing prolonging the ride. My room wasn't thoroughly cleaned- shower still had soap scum, table was covered in grease. Bathtub wouldnt retain water.

Overcharged me and didn’t return the full 150 holding fee , towels were stained , room speaker didn’t work. The king jr Suite doesn’t have a microwave.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself is worn and in bad shape. There simply is no room cleaning. You have to ask for ice or fresh towels. The location is great though; it is very near all the attractions in downtown Memphis. I WOULDN'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

Hu roof great views. Rooms and public area clean, just need touch up maintenence. (Elevators not closing regularly) hallways old carpet. Rooms are clean and ambience nice.

Room was more like an apartment than a hotel room I loved it The breakfast left me feeling a little shorted Very limited Was like you get free at other hotels but cost fifteen bucks Still the biggest issue was the elevator that didn’t work The room decor cancelled out everything

One of the best stays I’ve ever had very comfortable. Really and I meant truly enjoyed my room. The front desk, housekeeping, security, and etc. were absolutely amazing, welcoming, and pleasant. Only thing would be I wish the roof would be available in the mornings as well.

While the front desk staff deserves a 5-star rating, everything else is subpar. 1. You cannot order room service - at all! There is a rooftop bar but it is not open 24/7 and they may run out of food. They have a breakfast bar in the morning but no restaurant. 2. You may die of heat stroke in the elevators - NO AIR in Jul/Aug heat in Memphis! 3. They are pet friendly - a plus to some; a negative to others. Pet friendly guests should have their own section of rooms never to be shared with non-pet guests. 4. Their is no full length mirror in the room. In fact, I reserved a King Junior Suite and there was only ONE (1) mirror in the room and that was in the bathroom. 5. Even though the lobby, hallways, elevators and my room, upon check-in, were clean, you have to request housekeeping services by 11 pm the night BEFORE you want your room attended. The services rendered do not match the quality of service experienced at comparable hotels. For example, the soiled towels, hand towels and face cloths were removed from the room but clean ones were not provided. The bathroom was not cleaned, soaps were not replenished, tissues were not restocked, etc. Obvious trash left in a bag beside the trash can was not removed from the room though the trash can was dumped. The sinks and countertops were not cleaned or even wiped down. 6. When I requested fresh towels, I had to go down to the front desk to retrieve them myself. They were not delivered to my room. 7. No hotel buzzer or keyless entry

The art deco establishment and rooms is a big wow for me. The breakfast is excellent for the price and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was $15 per person and too expensive for my party. The roof was quite the view but too hot to stay out long. Parking at $22 per night was a bit steep in my opinion. The woman who checked us in was wonderful! She was funny and efficient. Wish I knew her name but she was on the evening shift.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Perfect spot downtown with a Walgreens right next door great for last minute things you forget. Amazing bars and restaurants in walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean.

Propert is old and not been well maintained. They need to replace the carpet as its old and has so many stains. The rooms are clean but the water temperature is low making a hot shower a wish. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was limited for the price. Rooftop bar was nice. I was disappointed in the overall hotel. It is downtown so there is a homelessness situation. Would not consider this a 3 star at all.

This hotel was immaculate! The rooms were super cute and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and it was extremely peaceful in and around the property. The lobby is gorgeous. There’s a parking garage across the street, the staff will take your plate number down and it costs $22 a day with in and out access. You can only get into the garage with a code so it’s very secure. Breakfast is $15 per person but it was really good for hotel breakfast, with many different options. You also have free access to the gym directly across the street! It was fairly inexpensive, in my opinion, considering how nice it was and how close it was to many downtown attractions. Short walk to anywhere downtown. They have a rooftop bar upstairs, but we got there late on a Sunday night and left early Monday so we didn’t get a chance to check it out. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in Memphis!

Check-in was good. Parking is not on site, it is across the street about a half block away. There is no coffee make in the room…. This is now a rather standard item to have in a hotel room. Shower stall needs some cleaning attention on the low half of the tile around the stall. Carpet could use a cleaning. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

The overall stay was ok, but the fridge didn't work properly, the carpet in our room was cleaned, but had stains that wouldn't come out. I would suggest a replacement and a microwave would have been nice. The staff was great and very friendly. My experience was ok. I would stay again.
