Enjoy your stay in this oceanfront home with plenty of space for a large group. This home includes two kitchens and two living areas, so the gang has plenty of room to spread out. You will revel in the nautical-themed touches, including vintage ship porthole windows and a ship captain's wheel on the upper deck. Take in the spectacular ocean views from almost every room in the house.
Outside, the obvious attraction is the beach. Just a short trek through the tall grass, and you're on the sandy shore. But there's lots more to do in the area. For example, downtown is just a short drive away, where you can enjoy plenty of restaurants and shops.
Additional perks of this home include a deck and a washer/dryer. Beach towels, board games, and a high chair are provided.

We enjoyed the home. It is dated and could use a really good scrubbing. Sinks need to be checked. Main floor bathroom needs the shower door fixed and ceiling tiles replaced. Bathroom fan needs replaced also.

Older, dated home in need of some basic repairs. Beds are great, beach access and views are great.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Clean and roomy accommodations for our group of 8 and a doable walk to the beach. Everything was in working condition in the house except for one thing which I'm sure will be immediately repaired. Wifi worked great!

Comfy welcoming home.

Overall, this was a nice little gem. The home was a little dated, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the water and comfortable beds.

The house is a little dated but it is a great place for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for 7 adults comfortably. We used the upstairs for the chill zone and the downstairs for the games and socializing. There were plenty of extra's provided such as beach towels, shovels, buckets for the kids to use to gather their beach treasures and chairs for sitting on the deck. It was a little bit of a hike to get to the water but the beach and views were AMAZING! Especially the evening sunsets.

We loved our stay. The views were incredible, right on the beach. We didnt even realize the location was so great until we got there, but its at the end of the road and so perfect. The beds were the most comfortable beds weve ever had at a vacation rental, it was great having the two living rooms and kitchens so we could send the kids to play on another floor and be able to relax. Will absolutely be renting this house again.

Our 9th year staying at the home we remember as”The Breakers”. We’ve created so many memories here and are thrilled the new owners have shared it once again. The home is everything a group of women who have retreater to Seaside for a weekend together over 20 years together could wish for! Thank you!

Direct beach views and access straight out from the house. Quiet location-short 5 minute drive to the main part of Seaside which has cute shops. Nonni’s restaurant is a must try-delicious! The house is older, but lends to the charm. It was clean, down to earth and a very comfortable space to unwind and relax in. Wonderful girls getaway!

This is a great house for a group, only thing was the dust and cobwebs throughout on the walls and ceilings. ran out of TP and could not locate a washer/dryer.

About 400 yds from the beach on the lowest clam tides of spring.
The house was large and plenty of room for the 5 of us.
We stayed 3 nights and chilled.

We had a wonderful stay. This property has fantastic views and great proximity to the beach. Some of the amenities could be updated.

The giant windows looking out at the ocean blew us away. And you can walk right out to it. At night open your window to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. A cup of coffee in the morning watching the surf was heaven. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic ocean view! Beds are comfortable.

Two huge Great Rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and two kitchens made this a great spot for three families to share. A big deck that ends right at the sand made access to the beach effortless with little ones.

Amazing view, great location, and 2 separate living spaces (up/down) was really nice.

The views from this home are amazing. The beach is just a short walk through the dunes. Home was functional but could use a little updating. The double kitchens was odd due to having to search both kitchens for needed cooking supplies. Overall house was comfortable though and worked perfect for our family of all ages.

I’ve rented properties through VRBO twice before and everything went perfectly: great properties, upfront costs, etc. Now the “property manager” Vacasa is renting through the VRBO site. LOOK OUT! The actual rental rate was great. Then Vacasa hit me with fees that MORE THAN DOUBLED the cost. A big cleaning fee but the property was dirty. A fee to VRBO AND a fee to Vacasa. A nonrefundable insurance liability fee. Welp, I’ll NEVER rent through Vacasa again, and will only use VRBO with extra care/scrutiny.

We were lazy and grabbed take'n'bake pizzas for our first night, so nice having a second oven.
If you like Thai Food, try the Chicken Satay and BBQ pork at Mighty Thai. It's close by and my new favorite thai place.
If you're the type that tries to bring their soundbar to the beach, the TVs have optical out, no ARC.
I only tried the larger upstairs bed, very comfy.
No issues with the wifi.
The stairs look like normal stairs
Being beachfront is the way to go, multiple shorter walks to the beach is just so much easier than having to drive and then feeling obligated to stay until you're tired.
If I'm trying to come up with complaints, there is a large ship steering wheel on the side of the house (it spins!), but it's not facing the ocean. Still neat tho.
This place has no real streets near it so its super quiet. Not hearing cars constantly really makes a vacation feel vacationy for me, so I recommend.

This property was perfect size for our family. Loved the two separate living spaces for the night owls who stay up late. Very clean upon arrival. Lots of towels, sheets, dishes and kitchen cooking supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely beach front home, with a nice deck out back. I would rate the overall cleanliness of the home a 4, it was picked up when we arrived, but there was garbage left under the cabinets, dust, etc. from passed renters, and not being cleaned thoroughly enough. Also, the washer and dryer is in a locked shed, we had to contact the owners to obtain the code which was odd as a washer and dryer was included in the amenities. The home does offer a very peaceful feeling though, and the walk to the ocean is fairly short. The home had full amenities, and the two fridges was an added bonus. I would recommend others to stay!

We had a fabulous time in this spacious house. Our grandkids suggest that you supply a pizza cutter (lol). The upstairs kitchen area had some lights that weren't working, and there were some light bulbs out. However, we highly recommend this place and had a blast.

We stayed in this place on our tour of Oregon. It was our first time in the Pacific Northwest and we loved the area! This rental was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own space. There were 2 living areas/dens so the kids could watch TV in the evening and spread out. The upstairs kitchen was handy for keeping snacks available for them. The VERY BEST part of the property is the location. We could walk right to the Pacific Ocean. The views from the house were unbeatable! The kids could walk right to the water and enjoy the beach. Overall, we had a great stay!

Run and take your money. This house was dirty and so many things don’t work! Carpet on the stairway wasn’t tacked down and slipped forward when walked on, I almost went down. The outdoor railing to the beach is loose, all dry rotted and gives you a false sense of security when you reach for it, along with dry rotted boards on the deck. The outside chairs have broken straps and the cushions are filthy. The scatter carpets at the entry and lower kitchen are filthy and pot holders have not been washed for months! Covered with food and grease. Lamps broken, TV remote batteries almost gone and no replacement available. Fire pit outside had wood but no kindling and no way to light it….don’t plan on the inside fireplace because they don’t allow you to use. The bar stools in the entrance have broken tops. The downstairs bathroom heater doesn’t work. The doors are covered in grimy dirt around the handles as well as kitchen knobs and handles are all sticky and drawers inside have crumbs and food drips. I could go on but you get the point. The view great. VACASA answered all my texts and said that they would let housekeeping know about our observations, however that didn’t do us any good. Maintenance did show up in two days and replaced the upstairs toilet seat which was gnarly. It IS NOT the paying guest responsibility to make a list of property maintenance issues but that what exactly what happened. The rental house next door was being power washed with a gas washer that went on for three solid days, it was noisy and everything was always wet and at times we couldn’t even see out the windows because of the spray. When I asked the folks doing the maintenance next door about how long were they going to use the power washer, I was told ‘as long as it takes’ We realize that is not controllable….
We had a nice vacation but for the cost I wish these owners cared.
Tons of towels, shampoo, dish soap and blankets available.

Filth slow draining sink in bathroom con webs in on top of the drapes in small bedroom. As well as light fixtures in living room. Dirt on front door and door sheer.Spiders.
Dirty linen and finally Friday my daughter took off the pillow case on her pillow and there was blood on it that haven’t even been washed before putting on the pillow case. When I saw that we packed up and left we didn’t even stay until Saturday. We will never use Vacasa or vrbo again

The house was still in process of being cleaned upon arrival. It was only about 10 minutes but based on the strict policy that was a tad annoying. Most importantly, the shower drain did not drain properly and the sink as well didn’t drain it clearly needed to be cleaned out.
The listing said washing machine but in parentheses indicated it was not available for use. For the price I would not recommend this property at all .

We have stayed at Seaside many times and the location of this house was perfect for our needs.

We loved the spacious living rooms with big windows overlooking the ocean and sand dunes. The walk out to the beach is a bit longer than we anticipated and may be difficult for some visitors. The estuary was an easy walk. We were disappointed in the quality of the beds especially given the price of the rental.

This house is on the beach front and the view is amazing. We had plenty of room for the eight of us, the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed walking on the beach and sitting on the front deck watching my 4 grandsons playing tag in the grass trails. We had good water pressure in the showers and plenty of towels. My daughter, son-in-law, sister and grandsons loved the space. It's close to the city promenade. Everything one needs for a few days away.
