Families and groups have enjoyed the local farms and nearby horse-riding school, followed up by a pub lunch right next door – A perfect day for everyone!

You could simply enjoy the house, take your pick of where to sit, one of the two sitting rooms, the conservatory, the patio, the garden, or just relax by the river - it's on your doorstep.
This is your opportunity to escape to the heart of the Kent English countryside. The river will relax and soothe, mindful walks will reset your rhythm.
The space has 5 bedrooms, 3 Spacious reception rooms, 2 bathrooms with cast iron roll top bath and separate shower, solid oak flooring, underfloor heating, wood burner, conservatory, terrace, garden, private driveway parking for two cars, other free parking options are close by. The lower ground contains an adjoining guest suite with en-suite bathroom and TV room.
Room 1 has a king sized bed, room 2 a double bed, room 3 has a double and comfortable camp bed, room 4 is a double and comfortable camp bed room 5 is a super king size bed.
Bring your bike and ride or take a leisurely riverside walk into the town centre for shops, bars and cafes. Alternatively, sail down the river and stop off where you will. This location is also just a short journey to local beaches and attractions.
