Worse than we expected

Staff Location (beach is very close) We got a discount because of AC problems (about 10%) The manager gave us his painting (he is an artist)

AC didn't work, we could only use fan mode Wi-Fi didn't work The room was tiny There was no soap or shampoo in the room There was no hair dryer The shower stall was tiny and water was pouring out of it

Budget place to stay for the night

The host was very good with communication, he sent us in advance how to get to the property. The room comes with the parking space with is a good to have in this place. The bathrooms were new and clean.

The room floors were a bit dirty and the bed was squeaking when turning. The overall room and the bedding was a bit damp.

Superb

Host was great, met us at the gate and in constant contact throughout. Room was massive, only stayed for a night but would've been happy for longer. Private & secure parking also.

Not as advertised I. The pictures, marginal value

Host was decent, we had a later checkout, 11am. We were able to charge our EV with a trickle charger overnight.

This place is not a ‘Resort’. It’s a six unit place above a busy highway with the beach, public pebbles and small, across this highway. Minimal kitchen utensils ( missing a strainer for pasta or cleaning fruit and vegetables)

So clean and cosy

Owner was great and frendly, we were so surprised with our apartment, it sad we don’t have balcony but we had whole yard instead… 10/10 from us!

If they put a pool it will be 100/10

It was perfect for 1-2 nights.

The owner’s flexibility , the clean and modern Apartment with clima and Free -private parking place.

The noise of the cars could be heard from the street, but only on the terrace, the room was quiet. ;)

Big disappointment

- location close to the lake - parking - dogs allowed

- the apartment was only about 17m2, not 30m2 like it was written, it was very disappointing - very small apartment, after the sofa was unfolded there was very little space - lack of some facilities like microwave, electric kettle - strange looking stain on one wall

Good for 1-2 nights, but needs few upgrades.

Good price/value balance. Free parking just in front of the gate.

Very slow and disconecting WiFi. Mold on the wall behind the door to bathroom hall - watch out the allergy suffer.

the location was very good, only short walk from the beach and the center of Giardoni Riviera. clean and nice place, advantage is safe parking. very helpful host.

more facilities in the bathroom and kitchen are needed, some towel holders, shelves, soap,... noise from the street disturbs a little during the night.

Good small studio base in pricy Gardone

Well equipped kitchen with big fridge, safe parking inside the compound, nice garden (chairs, tables, umbrellas, view unto hotel building on other side of Transgardesana, helpful owner

Traffic noise unavoidable anywhere in the “resort”, but terrace doors well isolating if closed. Soda instead of matrimonial bed ok, but a negative point in comfort
