You couldn't ask for a better, more centrally located vacation home on Lake Martin!

Killen Time on Lake Martin is a spacious 3000+ sq ft home with 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is beautifully decorated with a rustic cabin feel. There is a car port with parking for 2 vehicles and ample space for additional vehicles and or boat trailers. A stationary and floating dock can accommodate your boat or jet skis.

The main level consists of a well stocked kitchen with an island and a dining area that has a table for 6. The family room is large with a vaulted ceiling, a gorgeous stone wood burning fireplace, and a wall of windows to take in the view of the water. The partially covered deck has a beautiful slate floor, seating area, and a table for 4. It is the best place to relax and enjoy the spectacular view! The master bedroom is located on this level, it has a private bathroom with double vanities and separate large tub and shower. There are french doors that lead out to the deck for a great spot to sit and enjoy the lake view. Two more bedrooms are also on this level, both have queen beds and they share a full bath with a tub and shower.

The lower level boasts a large rustic family room/rec area with a 75 inch tv for watching movies or sporting events, and a table that seats 4 which is also great for games and puzzles. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this level. Two of these very large bedrooms have beautiful views of the lake. One has a queen bed and the other contains an adjustable king bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds and a large tv. A full bath with a tub/shower combo and a laundry room with finish out this level. Double french doors lead out to the beautiful lower patio with a seating area and table for 6. It is a short walk with a gentle slope down to the lake and dock.

There is a hammock near the water and an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after enjoying the water. We provide 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for guests use, (no life vests are provided so please bring your own).

There are Nest surveillance cams on the exterior corners of the house. All are facing outward and do not have views of inside the house.

Our week on Lake Martin was wonderful and staying in a fabulous home made the week even better! There is lots of room for everyone to spread out but also enough room if everyone is gathered together. We will definitely look into staying at Killintime again. The communication with Amy was great. She was quick to respond to any question I had. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean upon our arrival. One of the things that Amy did that was a very welcoming gesture was having the house decorated for July 4th! Staying at KillinTime is a great place to gather with a great host!

The house on Lake Martin was lovely. We enjoyed our time there for Thanksgiving and the Iron Bowl with extended family. The house accommodated all of us comfortably and was well equipped. We will definitely return!

The property was amazing. Very spacious and accommodating even for my 90 year-old grandmother. This property also have lots of amenities. If you’re looking for something secluded private and spectacular, this is the property for you. The sunsets and sunrises on this property is to die for. The property manager was also very accommodating and nice. Let’s just say my family and I have done our annual girls trip for 11 years and this is the only property we have want to do a repeat on. So with that being said Amy we look forward to seeing you next year. Sincerely Annual Family Girls Trip

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful lake house for the weekend! We wanted a place where we could just hang out and relax, and this was the perfect place. The property was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the balcony as well! Absolutely would recommend this place, and we would love to come back and stay again next year!

House is situated in a cove which keeps most boat traffic out. Spent a great deal of time just sitting on the dock hanging out and enjoying the peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

Amy was a great host with great communications and very accommodating. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. The home itself is in a great location on the lake and is beautifully decorated with an upscale rustic feel. Great access to the lake without having to traverse an obsticle course of stairs like many on the lake. Also one of the few with great parking for the amount of people. We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for a large family. Thanks Amy !

This was the perfect place for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding! The porches and views of the lake were amazing. The area was quiet and peaceful and just a few minutes away from restaurants and stores. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a large family. The only thing we missed was having a ping pong table!

My husband and I, our adult children and their kids came, and we had such a great time. The younger ones just stayed in the water. The house was clean and beautiful and we had everything we could have wanted. Amy, the owner, was very informative, and all the instructions were there for us to read. Thanks again to the owner!! Friends and I had an excellent time at Killen Time on lake Martin for memorial weekend. Our favorite part was the spaciousness of the common areas where our full group had plenty of room to hang out together. Loved the morning lake views and convenient location to boat rental too.

We had a great vacation! The house was beautiful and in a great spot. We loved sitting on the porch and using the fire pit on the porch with a table and chairs and a perfect way to end our day sitting outside by the fire pit. I would definitely be renting from them again!

the only surprises were pleasant ones: the house was nicely decorated for the holiday season with a christmas tree on each level and seasonal deco on the balcony; the checkout requirements were specific but less time-consuming than most places. The owner was readily available to handle problems but there were none. The house stayed warm despite the extreme low temperatures and high winds of the arctic front.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday & it was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. The views are amazing!!! Amy was quick to respond on any questions I had. Our family members ranged from 4 to 85 & this house was well suited for all.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The floor plan was perfect for our family- the main level worked well for the adults, and the lower level was ideal for our son’s family with 3 young daughters. Stunning view of Lake Martin. The owner even left a special surprise for our granddaughters!! We will definitely stay there again!

We had 4 couples and every one of us thought this house was amazing. My wife did her morning yoga out on the dock looking out over the lake. The way the house is situated on the property, the views are great from ground level and from upper level. There is plenty of outdoor seating on both levels. Kitchen was very well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience and loved staying here! It was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for our families and such beautiful views! We enjoyed spending time on the back deck and relaxing in the lake. The black stone made cooking easy. Communication from Amy was excellent. We all talked about staying here again!!

If you are looking to get away from the city, this is a good option. Downside was the marina with a view and restaurant is not open Monday - Wednesday…. Plan on cooking!

Absolutely amazing home. Everything was perfect. So clean and beautiful. The dock was amazing. We brought our boat and could not have been more perfect. Owner was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Well stocked kitchen. I think she thought of everything. Only negative things I can say is that I wish there were steps from outside upstairs to get down to the ground level in the back of the house so you don't have to go inside and around to get to ground level. Spiral staircase would be easy to add. Also the fire pit area is above the driveway not near water but based on the terrain of the property, I understand why they had to place it there. Neither one of things would keep us from staying again, these changes would just make it perfect although it is pretty close to perfect now. We will definitely be coming back! You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
