Comfortable leather couch, 2 leather rocking chairs with ottomans, plus 2 additional chairs. Large flat screen TV

Kitchen:
Equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, sonic ice maker, cooking basics, general cooking utensils, Coffee maker (regular), vitamix juicer, waffle maker, dinnerware/drinkware, pots, pans, a knife block and more! The kitchen island/breakfast bar offers seating for 2.

Dining Room:
Dining table with seating for 4. Additional seating at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom(Downstairs):
King size bed, large walk-in closet, dresser with mirror, and recliner.

Master Bathroom(Downstairs):
Ensuite - a walk-in shower with built-in seat, his/hers sinks, built-in cabinets, linen closet, & separate toilet room.

Guest Bedroom 2 (Downstairs):
Queen size bed, dresser, closet, and a sitting area with a chair.

Guest Bathroom 1 (Downstairs):
Shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors.

Guest Bedroom 3 (Upstairs/Gulf View):
Full size bed, closet, & flat screen TV.

Guest Bedroom 4 (Upstairs):

· Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
· Bed linens for all beds, & bath towels are provided.
· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, dishwashing pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.
Check In: Check in for arriving guest will be 4:00pm.

Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.

Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.



THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 8. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
The City of Pass Christian asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the Hot Tub area.
Babies MUST wear a swim diaper while in the Hot Tub. If an accident does occur in the Hot Tub, you may be subject to an additional fee for cleanup.
ALL CHILDREN, under the age of 16, are NOT PERMITTED in the hot tub/water area without an adult present. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway.
NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted without prior approval.
DO NOT leave the grill unattended while in use.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.

We don’t get to spend extended time together very often, so when we do, it is treasured. Great location, close to restaurants, the beach & activities. We lived on the porch! Absolutely gorgeous! Lifetime memories made!

Reservations confirmations were not sent initially, and once they were resent, they went to spam. When I called Kristen, she was very curt and rude. Upon arrival, the refrigerator went out and hundreds of dollars of groceries were ruined along with my insulin. I was told that it was because it was an industrial fridge, no, as I have one at home. Thank God for the maintenance tech, very nice, very efficient, he saved the trip! We ended up making the best of it, and wanted more days to make up for the horrible start, but nothing was available.

This was a short 3 day stay, but considering the property listing, the government style background check, and the overall rate, I assumed it was a convenient trip to a more exclusive property to recharge my family's batteries before jumping into our summer schedules. Outside of the unexpected inconveniences like inoperable door lock and an hour long timeline trying to get through security emails and a number of phone calls, we were able to retrieve an unknown hidden key. There was no remote or switch to operate the security fences, broken bathroom fixtures, burnt out lights and electrical issues, a filthy barbecue pit and mold grown cutting boards, a moldy slimy ice machine, shoddy broken sprinkler systems, sagging railings and other surprise issues. All of these are reasonably forgettable considering the nice weather we had, but Saturday morning my family was approached by two vehicles, at least 3 people, including a rude real estate agent, and an unacceptable surprise visit asking my children if she could show the property while we were occupying it. Let me remind you, this is not some cheap hotel room or condo rental... I was livid and, fortunately for your real estate agent, not on the property when they arrived. Unless I decide to purchase the property, we do not plan on returning nor would I recommend it to anyone. In regards to this listing: from the booking and the absurd check in process to the checkout, I was completely disappointed.

This was an annual trip to celebrate twin brother's birthday. We usually go to the Bay St. Louis/Waveland area. This time we went a little further to Long Beach. This house comfortably fit all 8 adults. The refrigerator is very large. The dront porch overlooking the Gulf is perfect for some morning relection time or some night time gathering for drinks. Overall, our trip was great and this house felt very "homely"! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful home and views! We are a family of 8 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. Especially loved sitting out on the porch, cool breeze and gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. The walks on the beach, just across the road were wonderful! As adults over 60 the elevator was advantageous! Very impressed with this home and will recommend to others.

Beautiful house with wide, long porch giving Gulf view. HWY 90 between house and beach so sound of cars is near constant but not unpleasant to us. Family found the house nearly new with comfortable couch and chairs, large TVs, huge refrigerator/freezer, very comfortable beds. Quiet neighbors. Lovely place to stay.
