Allegro es alegria en su gente

Todo , el personal muy preparado y amable para atendernos . El desayuno lo mejor !! Y las vistas desde los balcones y la terraza espectacular . El restaurant excelentes opciones atendido por Chiara con un toque personal facilitando las opciones en distintos idiomas

fonctionnement de la climatisation , la chambre est resté à 23 degrés , malgré le changement de température voulue car la console de programmation ne prenait pas en compte la nouvelle température demandée . Certainement qu'il y avait un bouton pour valider la nouvelle consigne mais pas trouvé

La habitación era preciosa como un pequeño apartamento reformado recientemente. El desayuno poca variedad pero todo buenísimo. El personal encantador.

un pò deludente

la posizione è ottima per la vicinanza al centro e al porto, la camera l'ho trovata pulita e il bagno abbastanza ampio

non mi è piaciuto la colazione, la camera per niente insonorizzata, non ho dormito praticamente niente, le pareti che confinano che le altre camere sembrano essere stati fatti di carta, forse dovevo specificare che volevo un camera silenziosa ma non mi sembrava doverlo specificare visto il prezzo che si paga; almeno il sonno dovrebbe essere garantito.

Un super hôtel, très beau, un terrasse au dernier étage qui offre une magnifique vue. Un petit-déjeuner varié. J’ai pris un seul repas le soir mais c’était bien! Le personnel très gentil

Le menu du restaurant était le même pendant 3 jours… dommage!

Basic accomodation - we slept, ate breakfast and moved on.

We stayed here for just one night during our transfer from Milan to Cinque Terre. Checking in and out was fast. Breakfast was OK, but quite basic. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.

As our purpose was basically just to sleep well and move on, it was a little annoying that the sound proofing of rooms was somewhat poor: We could easily follow the discussion in the next room. If going to Cinque Terre, I would recommend trying to book a place directly in any of the villages, not take the crowded train from La Spezia.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Accueil bien sympathique de tout le personnel parlant un bon français... Etablissement bénéficiant d'un excellent emplacement, près du port et du centre-ville, parking gratuit. Petit-déjeuner très varié, bien présenté. A recommander.

Buen lugar para descansar

Ubicación, aunque debes de tener en cuenta que la estación de tren y al centro tienes que caminar un buen tramo para llegar. Buen desayuno, personal atento y amable

La habitación olía a cigarro, un olor bastante fuerte. Aunque eso no es culpa del personal sino de las personas hospedadas anteriormente que no respetan las normas.

Bon séjour

Hôtel sympathique, acceuil chaleureux, chambre confortable et plutôt spacieuse avec d'un canapé lit, hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du port et des bateaux en direction des Cinque Terres. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel sous réserve de places. Bonne surprise pour le déjeuner qui était très bon et complet. Une terrasse avec belle vu au dernier étage de l'hôtel

Le prix est un peu chère pour un trois étoiles. L'eau de la douche n'était plus trop chaude au bout d'un moment.

The room was really to small to have the main bed and the child bed, we could barely walk on the room, and the roomin general is old fashion as well as the toilet.

The location is great if you don’t carry too much luggage.

The elevator didn’t work sometimes. They have a very old air conditioning system that takes a lot of time to start and makes noises. Some of the staff are very welcoming but others borderline rude

Terrace, staff was exceptional and friendly Appertivo 6-8 pm was nice and well priced at €15 on terrace and breakfast and restaurant food was fantastic

Our room 401 had a musty smell. We opened window. Was better. Graffiti on the wall on our drive up to hotel would be better if cleaned up. Need to get menus with pricing at the restaurant or even a chalk board listing the menu items of the day with prices. Important to also give bill at the end of meal to items including amount spent on Appertivo- so client knows what’s being billed to their room.

Loved the rooms here, clean spacious and comfy!

Great breakfast! Little bit of a hike from train station especially coming from there at night time. Loved the room great size for 3 of us big beds and very clean everything we needed.

Just wish it was closer to train station but that’s okay.

Friendly staff, quiet area, startlingly convoluted road to access the property and even more convoluted method to access

It was close to my family who were staying at NH down the road. Hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Old building, strange circulation - to access the elevator, one needed to enter through a labyrinthine lobby space. Bed, furniture and bathroom reminded me of a scene from a care home for old people.
