Enjoyed the staff, so friendly! The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was fine. Several different foods to choose from. The service in the restaurant was great.

my stay here is excellent.

the hotel is very nice when you walk in. this hotel got everything you need.the staff who check me in was great.cant remember her name. i got a bad memory.. she was very professonal and went above and beyond to make me feel at home here. she gave me a big beautiful room to rest in.being that im going thru repairs for my truck,she made me laught when she was checking me in. nice job....

again this is a problem for every hotel i check in. when you need to wash. there is no change you can get for the wash. to wash,you have to have 3 to 4 dollar worth of change on you. you hotel people need to get with the program. you need to get a change machine like the truckstop have. or you need to put the credit card thing on the washing machines. everything is credit card anyways....

No complaints, but a bit pricey

All the extra charges make cost too high for what u get, like no upgrades and the room was small rooms

Will stay here again.

The bed was great. Access to the interstate was excellent. Lots of places to eat around the hotel or you can eat onsite.

Breakfast was okay. Served breakfast sandwiches. Lots of other choices though.

new hotel

house keeping short staffed no coffee or cups 3 of 6 days did not even clean 1 day very poorly run. bar was not open 2 days of stay advertized open 7 days a week.

Fell short of expectations

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

The front dedk doesn't seem to be staffed adequately, or there needs to be an alternate way to pay for snacks. I had to stand in line 10 minutes to pay for snacks. The breakfast was not included. For 164.00 a night, a customer should get breakfast. The breakfast offered nothing more than the free breakfasts at other hotels I stay at.

I liked that it was new, very clean, and very friendly and helpful staff.

I do not like the fact that I never received my $50.00 deposit back! It has been a month, I've called 3 times with no resolution. I would like my money returned. That is the only issue I have.

The room was very nice, seemed to be clean and fresh. There were provided soap and shampoo/conditioner options. Hotel was accommodating with the restaurant inside and breakfast options.

I didn't like the fact that the GM attempted to complete the transaction for the stay prior to check-in, I reserved the room with the option to pay at check-in. He attempted to generate a payment hours prior to check-in, 3 different amounts! Fortunately I used a pre-paid card, there purposely wasn't enough funds on it for this reason, because I was using that card to complete the reservation only. Unacceptable communication to the fact, he didn't attempt to call/email, which I'm sure was included with the reservation. I received a notification from the prepaid card app, so I called the hotel to find out why that was happening, I was told that the hotel was booking up and they were trying to keep my reservation instead of declining it. I'm not sure where the breakdown happens with The Holiday Inn & Suites and booking.com, but why allow an option to pay at check-in if hotels are gonna do this? I do not appreciate this way of doing business, it lacks integrity! Also, 189.00/night seems kind of high, its not downtown...lol

I truly enjoyed my one night and the price was affordable 😊

The peace and quiet everything was excellent. It was exceptionally quite. The staff the ones I came in contact with was very nice.

It don't get any better it was by far the best hotel I have ever been in.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💤

We had a wonderful stay and would come back again.

This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms that are clean, have comfortable beds and pillows, all amenities that you would need while away from home. We were there for a conference that was 15 minutes away and there were many options to get dinner ( Nobu is excellent and right next door). When we stayed it was quiet, comfortable and we met lots of great people. Plenty of parking which is appreciated.

The grab and go breakfast could be a little hardier. Maybe biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon fruit.
