One night stop.

Nice hotel, a few restaurants in the area. Nice breakfast. We played golf in the area during a road trip.

The pool was warm

The staff member took a very long time to find cotton pillows after requested them about 1 hour ago, I went to the front desk 3X and when he said he'll look now if took over 15 minutes to go through several keys to unlock door to find pillows. There was no hand soap in our room, requested hand soap and a different staff member barley spoke English and was very rude when I tried to explain hand soap to him. The TV didn't work either in room 318. We had a bad stay and staff wasn't responsive and rude.

Very deceitful, and I was told that they could not take cash

The receptionist was very rude, did not tell me that there was a incident fee that would be taken out of my debit card. So $75 was taken out of my debit card. Then I was told that evening when I found out that it was taken out. I was then told, I would get it returned to my debit card upon checking out. Then as I checked out, I was told that it would be 3 to 4 business days before it would return to my card. $75 was taken out of my debit card for incident fee. And only $25 was returned. So I got cheated out of 50 dollars. This is totally unacceptable.⁹

Great place to stay for a night or a week.

2 people made our stay pleasant and a wonderful experience. Rodney at the front desk was a joy to interact with each and everyday during our 8 day stay. We had to extend our stay by 2 days and he worked to get us rooms so we would not have to leave and book into another hotel. The other person was Renee. Renee had the task of serving breakfast and she was extremely good at providing a good tasting, plentiful breakfast and not running out before everyone who wanted food had the same choices no matter what time they arrived. These 2 fine people went overboard to make everyone feel at home.

Cleaning Staff a bit pushy on check out day. On check out day the crew was waiting at the door to get in to clean way before checkout time and we felt rushed to get things packed and out of the room.

Someplace to sleep

The breakfast was good. The attendant was very cheerful and nice.

The rooms were very humid. The place smelled musty, there was mold in the shower and the bed felt wet.

We travel frequently and have always had wonderful experiences staying at Holiday Inns. We will never stay at this Holiday Inn again. The girl at the front desk was the only staff member in the place. She was obviously stressed and overwhelmed. Every person in line in front of us had a complaint about their room from damage to non-working toilets. When we checked into our room, the carpet in front of the air conditioning unit was soaked. The soaked carpet extended to half the room. It was so wet we had to wear shoes to keep our feet dry. We asked to change rooms but there were no rooms available. She offered to discount our room but later told us the manager would not approve the discount because we already got a discount thru Booking.com but he would let us check out for free. If there had been another room anywhere near by, we would have been more than happy to check out. I would not recommend staying here.

The property was beautiful, very clean. The staff was exceptional. Mr. Frank from the kitchen was the bomb totally enjoy his present in the morning. This hotel staff was professional. Everyone was so kind. Enjoy the conversations with everyone especially because we were from out of town. This hotel gets all stars for me.

Hotel guests that stayed and went outside in the back to drink their beers and left a mess for the staff to have to clean up after them. When the trashcan was right there next to them it made the back of the hotel look a little messy as if hotel staff did not clean, and that was not the case

Room felt damp, like it needed a dehumidifier. Since we were just there 1 night, we just made do. Also, it would have been nice to have a full-size mirror in the room.
