About this apartment rental

A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river & Jacuzzi.. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance.

This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (2nd Floor) for your own/rented vehicle as well as a visitor spot. All visitors spots are first come first serve. You are allowed to park 2 vehicles max in the Ocean Blue Garage (This is enforced by the building HOA, unfortunately no exceptions).

Ocean Blue 902 has a fully equipped kitchen and offers plenty of seating in the living room which has patio door access to the oceanfront balcony.

4 bedrooms/ 4 full restrooms-
Bedroom #1- King Size bed, private restroom and oceanfront balcony access.
Bedroom #2- 2 Queen size beds, private restroom and oceanfront balcony access.
Bedroom #3- Queen size bed and bunkbed (two fulls)
Bedroom #4- King Size bed, attached restroom

- Luxury Linen package included!

- This is a non smoking/non-vaping building, including balconies with the exception of a designated smoking area.

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

-Parking limited to 2 vehicles ONLY - Additional parking passes can be purchased at the resort next door Sun N Sand Resort for $14/day or there is metered parking in front of the building for $10/day.

- We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent
Pool bands must be returned to the rental office on checkout. Unreturned pool bands will result in charges to replace them.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was very unique as we got to experience a tropical storm. Lots of inside activities and very little use of the amenities that is offered. Only got to access the pools and ocean a couple days during our stay.One negative to the place is the ductwork is extremely dirty as the ceilings were really nasty looking in front of the vents. Bedrooms could use better lighting as well. Not a bad place just not the best we have stayed at. Maybe if their wasn’t a tropical storm that kept us in the unit for consecutive days those things wouldn’t have been noticed.

We loved how each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The common areas were large enough for all to gather for football watching and meals. We had a blast. Haven’t been able to go on a big vacation for the last couple years do to life circumstances. This condo did not disappoint. It was just the right size for us. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. The facilities were great. Enjoyed the pools and hot. Loved being right on the beach. Thank you for having such a nice place.

We traveled with couples for a senior league softball tournament. The accommodations were great because each couple had a room with a bathroom. The location worked well also because it was close to the airport. The decor could use some updating but overall it was a great stay!

Worst Trip Ever

The room was amazing. The staff at Ocean Blue were HORRIBLE. There was not one single day out of the week that we were not harrassed by the staff. This was the worst beach trip we've had out of 11 years to MB. We will never stay at Ocean Blue again. We were given 3 car passes, on our last night they tried to tow one saying we broke the rule. Every morning we woke up to tickets on our doors from staff. The staff chased you down to ask where your pool bracelet is when heading to the beach and when returning from the beach. We were ready to go on our second day, but paid ALOT of money for one week, so we had no choice but to try to enjoy ourselves. Ocean Blue staff made our stay Miserable. We will never stay there again. You should not have to walk on egg shells on vacation due to being harrased by staff. Worst trip ever! My party of 12 will from now on spend our hard earned money elsewhere.

Wonderful View!

Wonderful View!

This was a great property to stay at for our family group. The balcony and view are wonderful! With four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy our time. The only small "con" we had is that the condo is located at the very far end of Myrtle Beach. This is not really within walking distance to many of the restaurants/attractions...BUT if your group is there for relaxation and quiet..this is a great property!
