The view is a 10, the furnishings and updated interior are well done. If you stay here bring ear protection, the floors are paper thin and tenants/residents above make noise (running, pounding, loud walking, TV, talking) ALL hours of the night..it's unbearable. Smell of drugs from upstairs is horrible, bring air freshner and plan to spend time when they are lighting up, outside of the unit (actually away from the unit). Not a place to do work, internet is below dial-up. Not hot water, just warm water. Overall was clean, the kitchen really well done and the bathroom was nice, the view and panoramic windows unmatched.

The view is so good that it overcomes all the negatives from the other posts. Most local restaurants are closed on Mon & Tues so plan on that. Still a lot of food options out of town on those days.

The views were amazing. A quiet getaway. We will return

The studio apartment was perfect and the views were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!
The only issue we had was trying to unlock the door a couple of times.

Our favorite thing about this property was the view and large windows spanning the entire side and front of the living room. Made for stunning sunsets! Heads up for those who don't like wrinkles - bring your own iron - one isn't provided. Would highly recommend this beautiful property!

Location has a fantastic view as shown in the photos. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Has television and internet as well as a jacuzi tub. Would recommend

The view is amazing and its what makes this a 4-star rental in my opinion. The house itself is built soooo poorly. The floors move when you walk around and they're coming up in a few places. As others have noted, no blinds on the doors but they do provide a privacy screen. Good thing, because there were multiple times when random people were just walking around the outside of the house, looking into windows, etc. It also feels like its only a matter of time before this place slides down the cliff. Maybe that's why it was built so poorly? I don't know. It's a weird place, but ultimately it nice to enjoy the view, use the tub, etc.

View of ocean, beach and mountains, all just 2 minutes away by car. House was very nice. Would like better quality chairs for eating at table and bar but leather overstuffed chair and couch wete very comfy, so was the bed. Loved the jacuzzi too.. Amazing views out every window.

The view absolutely cannot be beat, that was the entire plan for our trip. Relax, enjoy the view - that was everything we wanted and we drove 6+ hours with a toddler for it. The only problem with that is the room is essentially a solar oven and as such it gets miserably warm inside. Within an hour of the sun coming up the room is too hot to be comfortable in. The air conditioner didn't work and management was not interested in actually helping with the situation. The first night when I contacted the support they tried to tell me that AC wasn't a listed amenity, then (after repeated contact) they gave some vagueries about compensating us in some very non-commital way for the lack of amenity. This was the last trip my family will be able to take this year and the part of it we were most looking forward to wasn't possible, it's not about the amenity, it's about the time and effort that we can't get back. I know this comes across as Karen-y, but if you'd have been there, you would be pissed to. I don't really care that it wasn't very clean, it was easy to overlook some of the construction but the room was borderline uninhabitable it was so hot inside. The suggestion to use a box fan (which we were already doing) was condescending. There is only one window that opens, and a cliff outside - so opening the door isn't exactly an option with a toddler in the house.
I would love to come back if there was some way to know that the heating /cooling is actually working.

The view is incredible but the room could use a little help. The air conditioner doesn’t work (blinks an error code) and it gets quite warm, even with a box fan. Keeping the door open for a breeze just resulted in lots of flies and gnats. Lots of spiderwebs in corners, the bathroom, ceilings, etc. Some towels and pillowcases smelled like they hadn’t been washed (had a sweaty dirty person smell) but others were fine. It was quiet and otherwise served it’s purpose as an easy place to stop while traveling.

Like a dream, mists swirled through the trees and around the bay while I watched from the apartment sitting atop the hill, as I leisurely drank my morning coffee.
The scene unfolds each day with the changing light and fluctuating tides. Truly spectacular views all around! Also, a few blocks from the beach and the town.
Truly did not want to leave at the end of my week’s stay.
Here’s to next year!

The view and essentially your own private beach. It lacked adequate cooking utensils but other than that, it's an all around perfect spot right on the coast.

The view was amazing. Decor inside was cute. The building was under construction and unsafe side walk that led to an apartment in the back of the building . Dead bugs on the couch, dog hair in the couch, and long white hairs in linen and couch. The apartment was furnished with dishes which was nice. Dining room chairs were old and fabric and wood was very dusty. The bed and head board decoration was super cute and well thought out.

The view is impressive, but the only impressive thing about the rental. Lots of flies, and spiders inside. The cleaning job was sub-par, the was hair left in the sink, and the floor felt like it had not been swept. Says that pets are not allowed, and the couch was covered in dog hair. When we arrived there was a second bedroom door open that was not listed, "bedroom" had a bed and a lamp with no window. There was also a door in the room that led to what I am guessing is another rental. Made us uncomfortable who could come into our rental at any time. Did not feel worth the price tag.

Great view

Could use some additional finishing touches.
Description was not quite what it was.
Could have done without spray paint fumes and howling puppy
upstairs..Does have one of the best views on the coast.

What gorgeous views, easy access to beach,
outlook, and restaurants. Inside was comfortable, stylish, great shower, well done!
4 stars for multiple outlets not working, the additional bedroom appeared isolated from the rest with no windows, one large bug in the coffee maker.
Overall we would definitely be back!!

We loved the view and appreciated the care taken in the design of the place. However there were some things that were not quite working or expected and we left notes on the table about them. The listing did not indicate that this was a unit of a larger building that was currently under construction. While the work crew was definitely courteous and not overly noisy that was a surprise. Possibly due to construction many of the electrical outlets did not work. I was surprised by how warm it could get in there on a sunny day, and all that we could do is open a single screenless window and have the door open. This let the flies in. It looks like a ductless heat pump may have been installed, but there was no remote for operating it. Although the spectacular view from the windows is the most striking feature, it would have been nice to be able to draw shades sometimes on them.

Extension Cords on floors,1 side of the unit had no electricity, Crazy 2 bdm,set up plug to the only light source went under the door to the back unit. Bedroom had no air circulation, so it stunk bad,we could not sleep there. Counters in Kitchen dirty, had to rewash all the dishes because I didn't trust cleanliness. BUT THE VIEW WAS WORTH ALL THE INCONVENIENCE, OF FEELING LIKE I WAS GLAMPING,ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL,,PLEASE FIX THESE THINGS AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOP RATE. Suggestions Clorox wipes, air purifier, fix the electricity. Oh REDFISH Dining was Amazing,Thanks Chef Paul

Great views and high potential room!
Mainly booked this spot for the views which was phenomenal! Room was nice and modern, there was some small issues like a water leak and many little rolly-pollies! As well as no curtains/blinds, although you are situated in a private corner of the property overlooking the beach, it still feels off having no coverage especially in a studio-style room with little walls. Other than those, love the big open windows, ample space, and spacious bathroom!
