Enjoy Lake Granbury with your family and friends while you stay in our relaxing lakefront home. The dock will soon be your favorite place to sit back and enjoy the breeze, watch the sunset, or even jump into the lake! Bring your boat and jet skies and enjoy all the fun to be had on the Lake. Whether you choose to grill on the porch or take a stroll in historic downtown Granbury loaded with fun shops and great restaurants you are sure to enjoy your stay at the Rendez-Blue! Beautiful new pool!
The main house is a single level home with 4 bedrooms and three baths, the additional Bunkhouse has two queen over queen bunkbeds and is great for teens or younger adults and it also has a bathroom. The property has the potential to sleep up to 14 people. Bunkhouse available for parties over 10 with an additional per person fee, and for parties under 10 that wish to use the bunkhouse there is an additional flat fee per night. Dock area is amazing!! Relax, fish, eat, ENJOY!! We have a lift for your boat and coming in 2024 a lift your jet skis. Large yard front and back. Beautiful pool will provide hours of fun!! (POOL IS NOT FENCED!!) Pool is not heated so only open April -October. Please watch your little ones closely around pool and lake area!! Life jackets are a MUST!!! Our neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, a great place to walk or jog. We are close to historical downtown Granbury, a fun place to eat and shop!! For your safety and ours, we do have 2 video cameras outside (one on the garage that looks out to the driveway and one on the house eve that looks out across the backyard) and one doorbell camera by the front door.

Such a beautiful property. We loved being able to swim in the pool while looking out over the beautiful lake. The dock was great to fish off of because you could be in the shade while you were fishing. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need.

We had a large group of family and friends, and this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to be able to hang out together inside the house and plenty of beds. We loved the pool aside from it being warm due to the extreme heat in the area during our trip. We also loved the dock and the seating area above it was gorgeous, especially at night with the lights over the lake. The owner showed great attention to detail with the amount of staple items provided (toilet paper, trash bags, etc). Most others give you the bare minimum and then you have to buy more at the grocery store. This property made our family vacation amazing, and we can’t wait to return!

What a great property, and what a communicative host! There was plenty of coffee, amenities, a great laundry room, and plenty of space for everyone! The kids played in the pool all day, the adults watched birds from the gazebo in the morning, we all went to see the neighboring donkeys and horses and enjoyed the abundant blooming flowers. The biggest reason for the 4 stars is the rules about cooling the home. Now I know this is Texas and being from the Midwest we're not as used to the heat, but the rules about maintaining the temperature at 70°F seemed a bit high, especially since we stayed at a subsequent property in San Antonio that had no such rule and the house was cooler. Now, I know there are property differences, etc.. But the temperature rules made it very uncomfortable to sleep at nights, even following the recommendations to keep the house cool, which was only exacerbated by the rule that we couldn't open the windows. Running the ceiling fans, and drawing the blinds during the day, simply did not cut it. I wonder if a few additional window units in a couple of the bedrooms would help keep everything cooler while taking some of the burden off the main AC unit. Overall, though, great property, beautiful location, beautiful drive to get there, and very close to stores and services. We stayed with a group of 9 adults and 4 children, and with access to the bunkhouse, we had room for everyone and everything we needed. Thank you!

Perfect place for our group of 4 couples. Pastors retreat for 2024 planning and R&R. The accommodations were conducive to both. Sooo nice, quiet, and clean. The water and view were exceptionally accessible and inside and outside immaculately clean. The hosts were very friendly and responded immediately when we had a question. Nice little extras like the welcome sign and the decorated Christmas tree made it even more inviting. Plan to come back again!!

The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 10, we used the bunkhouse which worked well for the extra beds. The property itself was so beautiful, it sits right on the lake with an awesome pool and dock to fish off. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Rendez Blue! We had family in for a few days for a birthday celebration and then friends joining after the kids went home. It was perfect for all. The house, the pool and the dock were just what we needed to host this party for my wife's birthday. The hosts were exceptional, excellent response times and seemed to think of everything needed to make this feel like "home". Our kids and grandkids had a blast in the pool and lake and the fishing was fun for them too. Nice quiet location in a great neighborhood. Thanks!

The house was immaculate and had a great layout for bedrooms and separation of space. The pool was "the hangout" with hot afternoons. Beautiful location and quiet neighborhood. Will, definitely, want to go back!

This property has it all! A fabulous pool, lawn, gazebo and lake. The house is wonderful for family/friends to have their own corner of the house complete with a restroom. The house is well stocked with materials for use, too. The hosts and neighbors were super kind and made our experience memorable!

The house was amazing. We had one hiccup and the owner was quick to take care of it for us. My only comment is that the bunkhouse is more in line for teens and young adults, not older people that require more padding when sleeping.

Our group of 10 loved the home, the privacy and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and has a nice pantry to keep our food. The pool was fabulous. The shallow area provided a great place for the 2 year old to play. The dock was a great place to sit and visit and enjoy the sunsets. The house was like being in the country but only a few minutes to enjoy downtown Granbury. The owner was so nice, very responsive to all my questions, and I asked a lot. We all loved it so much!

This property is one of those places that just keeps getting better. It was a perfect place for 10 adult women to go and relax and have fun. It accomodated us all very comfortably. Even the "Bunkhouse" was cute and comfortable. We could have easily spent a week or two and never left the house. Everything was spotless. We will be back!

Beautiful property, gorgeous sunsets. I chose this property for our annual golf trip to Sugar Tree. 10 guys who had plenty of room to sit around and visit after golfing all day. We will definitely try to book this location again next year!
