About this house rental

Amazing, Instagram worthy, ocean front views directly on the beach! Walk out the door & into the sand to a very large private yard with a picnic table, lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs too.

Newly renovated kitchen with every item you may need for cooking and serving.
A breakfast area is off the kitchen and leads into a dining area and a large living room. A smart TV and comfortable sectional couches are great for relaxing and viewing the beach through big picture windows.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom Description
Room 1: king bed, flat screen smart TV
Room 2: TWO full beds
Room 3: Queen bed
Room 4: Queen bed (must walk through room 3 to access)
Upstairs Hall Nook: one twin bed (for overflow sleeping or a fun place for the kids to snuggle up with a book)
The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Private outdoor shower on the side of the house, for a quick rinse off or a full outdoor enclosed shower! Small dressing rooms on either side, for bathing suit change or dry off and get dressed for the rest of your day.

Full sized washer and dryer, as well as a full sized spare refrigerator can be found in the garage, along with a half bath and a Tesla charger.
Provided for you:
- All linens, including bath towels, beach towels and bedding
- Beach chairs
- Beach sand toys
- Kitchen necessities (toaster, drip coffee machine, blender, juicer, bar-ware)
- Children’s plates, cups, bowls and utensils

We stayed at the pink house for a girls trip! Location was wonderful. Best spot in the beach for sure. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is your spot! A lot of local dining and live music. We were able to manage the 1 1/2 baths just fine. Our only complaint would be that there was no outdoor lighting. Linda was very responsive to messages and easy to work with!

College friends from 1976ish .. we had a wonderful relaxing time reconnecting... perfect location and access to anything you need. Seamless communication with Linda and very accommodating. We'll be back!

Awesome location with remarkable outdoor area. Private beach area that's protected from wind and has sturdy seating options. Amazing view from house to water. We had some HVAC issues during our stay, but Linda was very accommodating and I they were resolved during our stay. Living area and kitchen are updated and very nice. Upstairs area with bedrooms and bathroom is older, but this isn't a property where you're planning to spend a lot of time in the bedrooms. You'll be outside on the beach or in the living area with great views. It truly felt like a private beachfront residence (which it is) compared to all the more crowded options nearby.

Amazing location, close to everything, walked right out to the beach. I was aware of the one bathroom from other reviews and it wasn’t a big deal. We were glad there was another in the garage. Favorite part was how well stocked the house was with toys for the kids, plenty of chairs and lots of extras.

Our family of six adults had a great time at what we came to call "our pink house" for a week in February. Obviously a lovingly cared for home, everything was just as described on the website. While others have commented on the bathrooms, that's an easy work around with a little shower planning. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we come back to the area for another visit we will definitely check to see if "our pink house" is available. And communication with Linda is easy and fast!

This location is amazing! It's private, tucked off the beach yet walks right out to the sand just as the pictures show. The kitchen facilities were spacious and well supplied for a family of 6 adults. The upstairs is not remodeled, but the beds were comfy, and each room had it's own mirror and dresser which was especially helpful considering the small size of the bathroom. The washer, dryer, table, 1/2 bath and extra refrig/freezer in the garage were much appreciated. There is a 3 ring binder of restaurant menus in the cabinet by the sofa. The kitchen refrigerator was leaking water, and we were unable to locate the wifi info, but communication with the owner was prompt and effective. This is a place to revisit for sure!

We stayed for four days on a girls trip for my mom and my sister‘s birthday. Had an issue with the heat, but it was resolved fast. Great communication with the owner house is a little bit older and does probably need a little bit of upkeep on the upstairs, but the downstairs has been more modernized. The house itself is just steps away from the beach and isn’t an excellent location with great views and access. I would definitely stay here again was a very positive experience.

Very cute, older beach house. If renting bring your own paper towels and tissues. 2 teeny tiny bathrooms, but overall a great rental experience. Home is adorable.

The house location is just amazing!! Right on the beach with a shade tree that the kids could play under out of the sun. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Great living room. Lots of parking. It was the perfect Beach house and our family had a blast. We would love to come back again !

I stayed here on a family trip and we loved the property. It had great amenities and a fantastic view. It is right on the beach so you can walk out the back door and you are at the ocean. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend.

This is the best beach house around Indian Shores. My family and I love it and have stayed here several times. It's not real fancy, just soooo comfortable for those lazy beach days. Neighborhood is friendly and the beach is not crowded. I always look for this house when renting in this area. THANKS

Linda’s property is in a prime location - literal steps to the beach, breathtaking sunsets you can see from the dinner table, and plenty to do in the area for families. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you might need, including laundry and full kitchen, and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. Linda was so responsive to any questions we had, and we will most definitely stay here again! Thank you, Linda!

This house was so welcoming. Great beach decor, amazing oceanfront views & sunsets, lots of room for a group of 9 women to spread out & make memories. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need to create dinners in. Lite shopping in walking distance & a few close by restaurants too. Lots of outdoor & beach furniture, beach towels etc. Overall perfect fit for our group!

We are an active family ages 23 to 90 who also love to cook. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Plenty of space indoors to relax, play board games (provided by host). All enjoyed the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Spent lots of time outdoors basking in the sun or sitting under the trees enjoying the cool breezes and watching the waves. AN IDEAL PLACE FOR VACATIONS.

It’s an easy-going place to stay. No frills, just the beauty of the beach, wonderful sunset views through the dunes from the house, a back yard shaded by enormous trees…soft sand, gentle waves, toys for the kids, a comfortable sitting room for the whole extended family, smart TV. Reminds me of my childhood- the kids running in and out the door, showering off the sand outdoors, restaurants within walking distance… It’s not a luxury accommodation. There’s one full bathroom upstairs and one half bathroom in the garage. But it had everything we needed, and we all enjoyed it enormously.

Amazing location! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this area of the beach felt more private than other areas. The bathroom was a little small and one bedroom was through another, which I felt was accurately displayed in the ad. All the positives outweighed those 2 items. The main floor was nicely remodeled and the owner was very kind and responsive. The home was very quaint and quiet.

This little cottage fits the bill! Beachfront as advertised and walkable to stores, pubs, restaurants, and shops. Felt very private even though the beach is right there. The home itself has everything you’d need and was very clean and well kept. Linda was a great host and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here it worked so well for our family with adult children and grandchildren. It was so relaxing to have beach front so that the kids could run and play anytime. We even managed with the 1 & 1/2 bath with 11 of us!

I can't say enough about this property. The location is absolute heaven. You are right on the beach but also have a private little oasis between the house and the beach. The house itself is very roomy, Clean, with so many new amenities. The view from the living room is incredible! There are windows everywhere, so you have a great view of the ocean. I would highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back!

We go to this beach regularly but when we decided to have friends in town we needed a larger place. Kitchen was great and easy to cook breakfast for our large group. We grilled our one night as well. This beach is beautiful and never that crowded.

Wish we could have stayed to live here. The place was perfect. The owner responded quickly to any of my inquiries. Loved that we just walked out the door and could see the water. Steps away was the beautiful area to spend our days at the water. Owner provided so many water toys, place had so many beautiful plants, & trees, providing lots of shade. Wonderful family vacay!!
