We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that our location was near everything, but felt more remote. Loved sitting out on the outdoor porch. Quiet neighborhood. Had a visit from 2 does and their fawns every morning and night. Very close to West Glacier entrance . Nice to have the 4 bedrooms with three baths. Nicole was great at getting back to us when we had some questions.

Very comfortable & roomy for the group of 7. Great, quiet location, but convenient to town and grocery stores. Close enough to Glacier NP.

We had plenty of room for our larger group and really appreciated the close proximity of the grocery store and hanging out on the deck in the evenings. We did a lot of driving back and forth to Glacier National Park from here.

We had a great stay. The location was 20 minutes from the park entrance, 30 minutes to Flathead lake, 15 minutes to Whitefish, and 5 minutes to a Super1 Grocery Store. There were beds for 12-13 and three full bathrooms. There were plenty of supplies like TP, PT, laundry soap, coffee, but bring your own plastic glasses. We loved the deck in the back. It was nice to have the basement for the kids to enjoy. The contacts were very responsive.

This was a great place close to Glacier National Park. It took about 25 minutes to the west entrance. It accomodated 2 families of 5 with ease. It is very clean with a great deck and back yard! We used the gas grill multiple times. The kitchen had everything you could need. The bathrooms were fully stocked with even soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Nicole was very responsive and great at communicating. I have nothing bad to say about this place!

The house was very clean and perfect for our family. We used the grill and our grandbabies enjoyed playing in yard. Nicole answered any questions we asked right away. House was in a quiet neighborhood that was close to market and Glacier National Park. We even attended a local rodeo. Would give house and host more than 5 stars, perfect for family vacations.

The property is excellent for a larger group of people. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room. Close to the park, great 24 hour grocery store and multiple coffee shacks.

This property was perfect for 2 families of 5 that wanted to check out Glacier National Park. Wonderful property manager to work with and the house was absolutely perfect!

The house was as described with plenty of space for everyone. We especially liked spending time on the deck. We were in the area to explore Glacier National Park. From the house to the park is about 20-25 minutes with lots of coffee options on the way!
Two things to be aware of. 1) While the property lot is large, you don’t have access to the full size of the property. It wasn’t a big deal, but I did want to call that out in case you were planning on utilizing it. 2) wish there were more drinking glasses. There were 6 of us there and we ran out pretty quickly. There are a variety of glass types available, but we just needed them for water and milk, so didn’t need anything fancy. Maybe just some plastic cups would be a good addition.
Our host Nicole was responsive to questions and helpful with knowledge about the area. Would 💯 book this property again!

We didn’t spend much time at the house but when we did it was perfect!

Five Stars for price, cleanliness, location, and responsiveness. Only 2 small complaints. 1) the garbage can space was pretty limited for our 11 guests that included adults and teenagers. (Plenty of room by the way) We ate most of our meals in the park and threw our trash out there, but if we were preparing and eating most of our meals at the house I think we would have run out of space. 2)the toilet paper was super thin. Not a huge deal, but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen thinner toilet paper. Overall those were not a big deal to us. We’d definitely come back and would recommend this place to friends and family.

Great for large family's, 10 of us came for a week to see my son who lives in Columbia Falls, 2 stayed with him while 8 of us stayed in this house, plenty of room with room to spare. One evening they came over and we had a cookout and played corn-hole in the big fenced in back yard. Great host, clean and as advertised. Next family trip to Columbia Falls we will be wanting to stay here again. Oh, great location right between Columbia Falls and Whitefish, about 15-20 minutes to the entrance to Glacier National Park entrance. Also there was a daily visitor, a woodpecker the size of a small chicken, which my grand kids loved.

This was a great place to stay. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 8. Not far from Glacier National Park. Owner was friendly, easy to get a hold of, and promptly answered any questions.

We had a party of 6 family members stay for a week at this property, located in a quiet neighborhood in Columbia Falls. The house is nice, with comfortable furnishings. There are 2 full bathrooms on the top floor. The bathroom on the bottom floor has a toilet and sink. The shower is not yet finished, so this cannot technically be considered a full bathroom. The kitchen pots, silverware, plates are fine. The knives are not ideal for food prep, and there were no seasonings, oil, coffee, or condiments available. This is not a huge deal, but these are things that are typically expected in vacation rentals these days.
Overall this is a nice property, and some improvements in stocking the kitchen and finishing the downstairs bathroom will make this a 5 star property.

Inexperienced
This stay is new to VRBO so they weren't as prepared for us in the following ways: no shampoo/conditioner/body wash, no soup/cereal bowls, no manual, not contactless entry, no clear instructions for check out/other. Could be better if they provided those things along with more toilet paper and pillows.
They did a lot of work to clean the place, but with all the carpet and cloth furniture, it's hard to completely get rid of the cigarette smoke and dog dander.
Otherwise, our entire family (10 people in all) really enjoyed our stay. There is a huge back yard with nice tree shade and lovely deck with a new grill. It was a comfortable stay and the neighborhood felt safe.
It is clear they put a lot of effort to ready this place for pleasant stays. We expect with these easy suggested improvements, it will be a five star stay for future guests.
