We could not have had a better family experience. The house was beautiful. My daughter in laws and I loved how the home was decorated. So cozy, comfortable and warm. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. We considered the weekend a true blessing.

We had a good stay in Asheville at the Bridle Path Inn. Enjoyed the location and space the house offered, also all bathroom are updated which was really nice. Pros include location, historic factor, character of the house and space. Cons include no counter space in bathrooms, lacking some basic items and the closets used as storage for their house things instead of leaving room for guests to hang their clothes and things. Manager was responsive for the needs we had and helped. While it did feel older, if you want a unique spot in Asheville with character and history, not just a cookie cutter rental, this is your place!

We were 7 adults and 2 teenagers, with ages ranging from 16-86 (!) but also had local family members join at the house for dinners and catching up on the terrace. Had a great time. House was clean and comfortable. Did some hiking in the trails behind. Close to town and Biltmore estate.

The location and overall house were great and it was wonderful to be able to stay with a large group of friends. That being said, when we arrived there was trash strewn all over the side of the house in front of the kitchen window, obviously from a bear or raccoon (we saw both). This can happen and we understood. We contacted the manager via the app who said he would clean it up but it wasn't done until the next day. Whenever we looked out the kitchen door/window, we saw nasty trash (used diapers, chicken wings, partial pieces of pizza, etc) and we couldn't use the hot tub. Plus, raccoons frequented the feast. What we couldn't understand is that this happened 2 more times - nothing was done to secure the trash and the raccoons became regulars so we couldn't use the hot tub and had to eat a certain way in the kitchen so as to avoid the trash. I tried to call the manager but the advertised phone number didn't work. We have been assured of a partial refund for the inconvenience, which is nice, although we haven't received it yet. Hopefully they can rectify this issue for future visitors for an otherwise great place.

Comfortable, roomy property for 8 adults. Very quiet despite only being a few minutes from downtown. Well equipped and outfitted. Maintenance could be better.

We stayed here for a girls trip to Asheville and it was a great space for a big group! The house is spacious and charming and very comfortable for our group of 8. A few drawbacks were that some of the rooms do not have closets and the bathroom sinks are all very small. It is a little tricky to find down a dirt road and is located about 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Overall a great stay!

Bridle Path Inn was the perfect set up for our family trip…roomy, lots of seating and gathering space, large kitchen. We loved the decor and character of the space.

Incredible place to stay for my group of ten guests (including friends and family)--with its huge wide open central space it truly has a "wow" factor that I haven't seen at any other property. Beautiful updated furnishings alongside antiques in space with historic character. The large wraparound deck had amazing mountain views too! We were there to celebrate my sister's upcoming marriage and she was speechless at what an incredible space it was.
My only comment is that the listing advertises a "fold out queen sofa," and as best as we can tell this has been replaced by one that only folds into a twin bed. We consulted with the owner's assistant and that is the conclusion we reached. There are more air mattresses than advertised, but if there is no longer a fold-out queen sofa then that part of the listing should be updated.

I cannot say enough how perfect this Inn was for our trip of four couples to Asheville! I received kudos ALL weekend from everyone because I was the one who found the listing and booked it. I knew it looked fabulous online, but seeing it for real was just incredible! The location was perfect for close by shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries and everything we wanted to do. The Inn itself is just stunning! We loved the ambiance of the space...so warm and inviting! The first night we gathered under the heaters on that wonderful wrap around porch and just talked and laughed ourselves silly. The four bedrooms are just lovely and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely appointed and cozy. The full kitchen, the wood stove, the jacuzzi all added to our wonderful stay. The last night we all snuggled in front of the fireplace/stove on the super sized leather sofa and told stories and procrastinated going to bed because none of us wanted to leave! Such a FABULOUS, FABULOUS accommodation and I so hope I have the chance to visit again in the future!

We loved everything about this place!! We had 7 ladies on a Biltmore Christmas trip and this place was beautiful. We ended up spending more time here just catching up in the many different sitting areas then hitting the town. Beautifully decorated and so convenient to town. The highlight was watching the Bruno the Black Bear from the comfort our kitchen. Would come back again for sure!!

We were in Asheville for a family wedding, and stayed here so we could all be together. The house fit the bill perfectly - good location and very comfortable for us all.

Our family group of eight mature women from around the country convened in Asheville for one of our periodic reunions, and this was the perfect house! We loved the well-stocked and large kitchen as well as several “gathering” places such as the high top table in kitchen for breakfast, the large dining room table, the THREE seating areas in the living room, and the huge front porch that were perfect for conversations among a small group or our entire group of eight. The view from the front porch off to the west at sunset made it a great spot for wine and cheese and conversation in early evening.
The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms have all been remodeled in the past few years, several with huge walk-in showers.
It’s a short jaunt to all that Asheville has to offer, yet since located up in the hills, it also feels very private and protected. Collin stopped by when we had a question about the outdoor heaters and was very friendly and accommodating.
We all had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend when visiting Asheville!

We had a great time and the check in process was simple and convenient. Communication was great and the team was able to respond quickly and resolve any questions we had. It is definitely a place for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable trip away from bright lights of the city and other people visiting Asheville. Nature is truly all around you. Thank you for everything.

We were blown away by the house! The history of the 100 year old house combined with the new features was awesome. We had the best of both worlds being in a house with a beautiful Mountain View just a few miles away from the downtown. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

The home is a beautifully appointed property with all of the creature comforts of your own home. It has the best-stocked kitchen I've ever seen which includes spices and oils. The kitchen is also stocked with 20+ sets of dishes, glasses, cups, and flatware.
The dining room is large enough to accommodate 20+ guests and does not feel cramped.
The porch is also lovely, and we used it every day and night. With the cool breezes coming up the hill, it made for a wonderful setting to relax with family.
We expect to rent this property when we return to Asheville in 2025.

This huge house is perfect for hosting large gatherings. Porch is massive and has multiple sitting areas and great views of trees and mountain. Very eclectic and original decor plus top flight kitchen and formal dining room. Bedrooms also had access to porch. We loved it. Downtown Asheville always great but this is not too far.

I came to Asheville for a bachelorette party with 11 other girls. We absolutely loved the property and location. Very close to downtown so it wasn’t difficult getting transportation. The property itself is beautiful, spacious and stocked with all of the basic needs for our stay! Ben was an excellent host and communicated quickly. I would recommend this home to any large party visiting Asheville!

We had two large families and a dog at the Asheville "Mansion" as we referred to it has. The entire home has tons of character and a huge wrap around porch with beautiful views of the city. The large kitchen was stocked with everything needed to have a large family dinner. We sat by the firepit every night. And returned to our large separate rooms with very comfortable beds. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We choose Ben's house for our annual girls' weekend and we were not disappointed. The pictures do not do the house justice. Everything was even more beautiful than pictured with ample amenities. We enjoyed our time on the porch, in the hot tub, and having dinner at the large dining table. The house is a short distance to town and spectacular hiking. We would certainly return her again.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Bridal Path Inn! It was the perfect house to host our family that was celebrating my cousin's 50th birthday. Plenty of room for family style meals and nicely appointed with all of the kitchen essentials and dishes needed for a large group. Beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds!

We loved our stay at the Bridle Path Inn! Property was spacious and beautifully renovated with all amenities we could need. The outdoor space was fantastic, we ate all of our meals in the spacious outdoor dining area which was great since we had very little kids with us. Ben was so welcoming and helped make some recommendations on things to do in the area that would be a good fit for our group. We hope to return one day!

Location is fabulous, about 10 minutes north of downtown without the traffics hassles. Pictures do not do justice to this house. Original glass and lighting fixtures from the early 1900s sets the tone. Fabulous renovations in the bathrooms make them very comfortable. The kitchen got gutted and totally redone in spectacular fashion.
If I had to have one complaint it would be the neighbors on the other side of the road need to trim their trees. We will stay there again.

Beautiful home. Had a wonderful stay
The home is just amazing. Beautiful updated bathrooms. Perfect combination of vintage, contemporary, industrial… so very comfortable and clean. We were so happy to come back after a busy day and prepare our own dinners. Even had a bear sighting! Can’t wait to return.
