Value for money

Το βασικότερο είναι ότι βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από στάση μετρό (Νέος Κόσμος) που εξυπηρετεί το κέντρο της Αθήνας οπότε για μία σύντομη διαμονή κατά την οποία χρειάζεται μετακίνηση και δεν υπάρχει μεταφορικό είναι ότι πρέπει! Επίσης, η κεντρική πόρτα ανοίγει με κωδικό πράγμα που παρέχει ασφάλεια ακόμα και όταν δεν υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν!

Μία μικρή ανακαίνιση θα ήταν καλή, ιδίως σε ότι αφορά το μπάνιο ή κάποια από τα έπιπλα!

Έχω διαμείνει στο κατάλυμα πολλές φορές και αυτό δείχνει την ποιότητά του. Άριστη τοποθεσία δίπλα στο μετρό του Νέου Κόσμου, μεγάλο και ζεστό δωμάτιο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Επίσης, το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και πάσης φύσεως καταστήματα ε

Localização realmente excelente, quase em frente à estação de metrô Neos Kosmos. Não há atendentes no local, mas o sistema de entrega da chave funciona bem. Custo-benefício excelente.

Ένα πολύ καλό value for money

Ήταν ένα δωμάτιο που αντικατοπτρίζει πλήρως τη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Είναι σε κεντρική τοποθεσία και κοντά σε μέσα μεταφοράς. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν επίσης πολύ καλή και το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό επίσης. Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα σε όποιον θέλει να βρει κάτι φθηνό και ικανοποιητικό στο κέντρο (σχεδόν) της Αθήνας.

Αν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε βάση στήριξης στο μπάνια για την κεφαλή του ντους. Επίσης, δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση και το γεγονός ότι είναι πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο το κάνει αυτό ακόμα πιο εμφανές.

Siffbude in guter Lage.

Gute Lage. Flexibler Check In Check Out. Zimmergröße.

Bett nicht gemacht. Verschmutzte Räumlichkeiten und verschmutztes Bettzeug. Wirklich sauber ist es nicht. Eher leicht siffig. Stinkt auch irgendwie im Gebäude. Wir würden es nicht wieder buchen.

Не найкраще місце для відпочинку, за таку ціну можна знайти чудові квартири в самому центрі

Персонал дуже привітний, нас зустріли з посмішкою і провели до номера, все показали і пояснили.

Кімната дуже стара зовсім не схожа на ті що на фото, постільна білизна була з плямами, підлога і душ теж були не зовсім чисті, холодильник жахливо смердів, тому ним не можна було користуватись, десь о 6 годині ранку я прокинулась від жахливого смороду чи то сигарет, чи то чогось горілого, о 4 ранку автоматично ввімкнувся кондиціонер.

Visto il prezzo bisogna accontentarsi, ma non è il massimo

La struttura è un una bella zona, di fronte alla fermata della metro. Accesso comodo, con ascensore. Sul tetto era presente anche una zona relax con piccola piscina ma vuota e la zona era apparentemente abbandonata, forse perché è finita l'estate. Camere ampie e letti comodi ed ampi

Le camere di primo impatto sono belle, come dalle foto pubblicate ma utilizzandole si scoprono molti problemi, per vetustà e mancata manutenzione. Non si apriva una finestra, mancava un'applique delle due dietro il letto, non funzionavano gli idromassaggi in doccia e nella vasca, le tavolette del wc erano rotte e traballanti, accessori bagno che si staccavano, insomma una struttura mal curata he ha sicuro bisogno di ristrutturazione. I bagni sono piccoli.

La mancanza di pulizia giornaliera. Bagno un po’ vetusto. L’accesso al piatto doccia era alquanto complicato e pericoloso per la presenza di un piano inclinato per accedervi.

A good hotel for a quick stay in Athens

This hotel was good for a one night stay. The contactless check in was well-managed and smooth. The room was large and clean.

Отзывчивый хозяин, ответил на звонок в довольно позднее время, помог разобраться с входной дверью

Очень маленькая ванная, в которой не закрывается дверь. Нет крепления для лейки душа, приходится держать в руках, пока моешься. Не хватает пледов или одеял, спать под простынью уже прохладно.

Perfect location! You have metro station opposite the apartment! Pharmacy supermarket cafeteria and patisserie everything near you ! Lovely staff!

Clean and convenient

Clean neat and a nice area. Staff helpful.

Not their fault but there's some confusion when you search the hotel name. My bus dropped me 3km away in a dodgy area. Search by address not name. Air conditioning is good but a bit noisy.

Visually not very pleasing. Seemed like a lot of make shift solutions regarding interior. The street in front of the hotel is extremely busy, had to use earplugs to sleep

Not bad! Worth of money and recommended

Location is great. Rooms are okay with every amneties available including mini bar. The reception is not 24 hour but there is a lady on WhatsApp who is available and ready to help at any time.

The rooms could be more cleaner and the water at the first day was not warm enough to take a shower.

Nice and comfortable room. Clean bathroom with showergel. AC worked verry well (if you open the balcony to much noises from the street).

No TV channels and very poor wifi signal allthough advertised and promised on booking.com. Therefore the price is to high.

Excellent location, extremely friendly staff, comfortable rooms

The location is excellent, in a safe neighbourhood, just two metro stations away from the Acropolis, very easy to get around. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, including the ones who only speak Greek. I was able to store my cases there before staying in the hotel, as I had a trip to Meteora. Tassos and the receptionist even searched for a hair salon for me. They recommended a café next door for breakfast - in fact also a bakery, with delicious pastries, as well as typical Greek specialities, good coffee and fresh orange juice. I was changed to a much better, larger room after the first night, as I wasn't satisfied with the twin room (I'd said I preferred a double). The kettle was missing in the first room, but as soon as I mentioned it, the staff brought me one. There's a fridge, good aircon, double glazing (it's on a busy street so you feel he difference) and I had a nice balcony. It's partly like a hotel, partly like a block of apartments - don't expect luxury, but you'll be comfortable and the service is so friendly.

The first room I got was a twin room, which I found uncomfortable, as there was no bedside table, so no place to put my book, glasses and so on. The double room I changed to was larger, and solved this problem. However, there are a few things that could be improved, such as having a table/desk and chair, if you need to work on your laptop (I did!), the curtains, while very elegant, let in a lot of light in the morning, so would need to be lined. The balcony would be much improved with a couple of chairs and a small table. Some maintenance is missing in the rooms (loose tap in the washbasin, safe box not attached to the wardrobe), nothing serious.

Good accommodation but with BEDBUGS

- easy access right next to a metro station and ok distance to the center - nice size room and balcony - good price - checked in earlier than the normal hours - room was clean except for the reasons below (BEDBUGS)

1. BEDBUGS...so go at your own risk. I have attached a photo of the sheets which were washed but dried up blood stains were visible. During the last night after turning on the light I also found a bedbug on the headrest of the bed. Towels were also not the cleanest. 2. Should had went to another couple which booked an identical room 2 minutes before my reservation a few months before arrival. We had our flight at 6AM which arrived at 8AM in Athens and we were in the city at around 10AM. Our friends with the other room got up at 3AM and went to the airport only to realize that their reservation was cancelled a few hours before and only received an email from Booking...Although we checked in, we had to spend the entire first day to find other accommodations for my friends on such short notice.
