We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. You cannot get any better location to beach, pool and to the local park/splash pad for kids. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were very well kept! The room was very clean. We couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Very small apartment but clean and comfortable and less than half a block to the beach. Kitchen had the basic necessities. Great pool and patio area. Owners helpful and quickly responsive with a few questions we had.

Everything was fine. The only problem was a bit clogged bathtub but we managed and little tiny ants in the kitchen area. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you!

Pros : - Absolutely great location near the beach, parks and bay - Big pool not too crowded - Condo is clean - Easy parking space Cons : - Not a relaxing place : lots of parties, drunk teens, loud music at the pool - Nobody there in charge so everybody does what they wants - Pool (including chairs) area completely locked at 8:00 PM - Kitchenware is minimal, hard to cook with what is in the kitchen (we had to buy a pan) - A/C is loud when trying to sleep (wich you need because of all the noise)

We had a wonderful time. Weather was beautiful. The room has everything you could need. The nearby neighbors are so friendly. Even the pool is great. It’s deep and the area is kept spotless. More of a family area than a party area. Very relaxing.

My stay here was everything that I hoped for. The access to the beach is excellent and the area is quiet. The unit was clean and thoughtfully laid out.

It was quiet and secluded The only negative was the stairs are a little hard to climb for seniors 85 and 83. The treads are too narrow, causing heels to rub when descending. We were impressed that the renovations have been done with quality materials and expert craftsmanship.

Great communication. Great spot. Stayed for one night during the off season, and was treated like it was Wildwood on the 4th of July. Schedule a unit here asap if you’re taking a vacation in the area!

The rooms were clean. Just the right size for the two of us. Don’t forget to bring linens. You’ll need sheets & towels. If you plan on cooking you’ll need to bring everything (including condiments, spices, foil, plastic wrap, cooking spray, etc). There are a few pots and pans. Super short walk to the beach. The only criticisms I have would be to have a door mat either outside or inside when you walk in and it would be beneficial to have a mop. It was pouring when we checked in and the floor got soaked. I had to use most of the paper towels to fry the floor. I’d suggest this rental. We stayed in November and I think there was only one other car in the lot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was a mix of owners and renters and everyone was pleasant and respectful. Just a few walking feet away from beach access which made staying with a toddler super convenient. The condo is located about a mile from the boardwalk so do plan on driving over to park if you plan to go to boardwalk! The room was clean and stocked with appliances. Will def plan to visit here again

The location was ideal! The unit is recently renovated, along with the entire property, and looks great. The galley kitchen is perfect for my vegan lifestyle. There is a mix of both owners and renters onsite; everyone was cordial and welcoming! The pool blocks the wind and gets plenty of sun. There was easy, assigned parking, affordable on-site laundry, and outdoor shower access. A bicycle rental delivered to the property from Crest Bikes was the perfect addition for this trip and the property's bike rack made it easy to secure the bike between adventures.
