Beautiful, peaceful property, friendly and adorable labradoodle dogs (which are mostly kept fenced off). Plenty of birdlife, ducks in the pond and neighbouring ponds at the bottom of the valley outlook. Green rolling hills - a nice view to wake up to. Great brazier and seating around for a cosy evening fire.
Good mobile coverage (under OPTUS at least) so you're not completely untethered. Quick access to Bilpin and local attractions. The aircon works but struggles to cool even this tiny home, not much of a problem in Spring but it could be stifling in Summer. Composting toilet is amazingly effective and odour-free. Great and fast hot water.

Couldn't find a fault if I tried. Property was gorgeous, hosts were super kind - genuinely one of the best escapes from the city I have had!

While its worth noting that the tiny house is on a hill which requires either a walk down a tocky driveway, or some careful driving to get down, the place itself is lovely and made for a romantic evening.
We especially enjoyed taking advantage of the firepit under the stars.

The setting was fine except for the noise from a nearby building/extension. The nearby farm noise was fine as this was expected. This stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as you cannot drive up to the unit. You have to negotiate steps down a steep hill to the unit stay. The steps down to the unit have been built for a tall person, so are not easy to negotiate. Communication with the owner was challenging as she was unreachable. And she gave inaccurate information regarding the other stay on the farm. There was no grass at all between the unit and the firepit; it was just dirt, which made it very unpleasant with having a dog onsite as it meant the dog got unnecessarily muddy. The owner told me she would bring a fake grass patch down to put on the dirt area but she never did and I could not reach her the day we stayed as she did not respond to texts. I tried to ring her the morning we were leaving and received a message back saying she was not reachable by phone. This could have been a nice stay except for these issues.

The Tiny House is very easy to find, instructions were great. The house itself has pretty much everything and was very clean. Loved sitting outside under the stars.

I was blown away by the beautiful quiet location, the hosts were so wonderful and the tiny house - stunning. Our stay was so relaxing and host were understanding of our travel distance from Beaufort Victoria arriving late with our fur-baby dog. Super comfortable bed, eco friendly and it was just so nice to stay there, can't wait to come back again. Huge thankyou. A credit to host for thinking of every little detail.

This stay was a perfect little getaway, not too far from Sydney but still felt rural and had lovely views. The amenities were really good and the space was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay at this tiny house! Was welcomed by Taryn who was very welcoming and responsive! the tiny house itself was located on such a beautiful space. I would say the only downside was the toliet, which was abit out of my comfort zone as it was designed to be “ecologically friendly” so there was no flush, but overall had a wonderful time! Very dog friendly and a lot of places to eat and visit nearby that were dog friendly as well!

It was a great experience. The hosts were lovely and accomodating and my dog and I had a great comfortable stay!
The property was beautiful and they helped me with a bonfire on one of the nights which was perfect. I do wish that there was a heads up on some work happening on the property it was very wet & muddy travelling down and the second home could have better access going down as the steps to the property were a bit slippery in the rain. Although it mentions a 150m walk there was nothing on work being done. Alternatively I wish the house had some shelter outside as dogs need to be on a leash it was hard for the dog to relieve itself during the rain so I left early because she was getting anxious.
Overall a great experience and getaway!! Thank you.

Enjoyable & different, be good in warm dry weather !

This was our first tiny house experience and there were some really good things about it and not so good.
The bed, pillows and linen score really well. Cotton fresh feel and pillows that anyone would enjoy! The style and interior was neat with clean lines but the best thing about it was the shower. The pressure and heat was amazing especially on such a cold winters night!
To review fairly though i have to mention how disappointed we were with the entry to the property. The main gate and code all worked , and it was fine leaving the ute up top to walk down to the home due to the wet. What wasn't great, was having to pull apart wire fencing with our luggage and wet ground underneath. We were very confused and grumpy (husband). If it is, and i hope it is, a temporary entry, the hosts should have come over to help/direct us through.

A tiny piece of tranquility
Beautiful spot close to the glorious Blue Mountains National Park and Mt Tomah gardens. The oodle welcomes were also a winner :)
