- Lower Terrace level: King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom | Two Queen Bunk bedrooms sharing a hallway bathroom
Total of 7 Bedrooms with 10 Beds, Plus Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa & Queen Futon!
OUTDOOR LIVING: 3 mountain-facing decks, furnished front 2nd-story deck, covered front porch, private hot tub, charcoal grill, gas grill, access to a shared pool
INDOOR LIVING: Electric fireplace, 10 flat-screen Smart cable TVs, memory foam mattresses in each bedroom, 2 jetted tubs, lots of linens/towels, hot water, complimentary toiletries
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, standard coffeemaker, Keurig coffeemaker, air fryer, 8-person breakfast bar, 10-person dining table
ACTIVITIES: Air hockey table located in the loft, game room w/ pool table and retro arcade machine, home theater w/ 5 reclining chairs
PARKING: Driveway (7 vehicles), easy driving access, no steep roads

- Max occupancy is 24 people. No events, parties, or large gatherings above the number of guests in your booking
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please note the property address does not accept mail through United States Postal Service
- NOTE: If guests violate any of the listed policies a $250 fine will be imposed per occurrence
- NOTE: Your safety matters. The property features an exterior security camera at the cabin entrance. This does not look into any interior spaces
- The primary guest is required to sign the Guest Licensing Agreement and provide a Government-issued Photo ID within 24 hours of booking
- Damage Waiver (Property Fee): Your booking includes a non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $1,500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms & conditions)
