I was initially hesitant about staying in a vacation home on an island renowned for its resorts, but our stay on the Coral Coast in Fiji far exceeded my expectations. The house was a masterpiece—unique and stunning in every way. The views were simply unbeatable, and stepping outside felt like entering a snorkeler's or paddle boarder's paradise. Each day, walking along the coast was an adventure in itself.
A standout highlight was Pinky, our chef. Her meals were made with genuine love and care, and her assistance throughout our stay was invaluable—she truly made the trip special.
If you're contemplating a family vacation here, don't hesitate. We were a family of six adults, though kids would undoubtedly enjoy it just as much. And while you're in the area, don't miss Natadola Beach and Bisevu Falls down south. They are well worth the visit!

Our recent stay in the incredible beach front home called 'Jewel of the Coral Coast' was simply wonderful! The house is magnificent, the views are uninterrupted beach front bliss. We had fun using the paddle boards and kayaks in the ocean and were in and out of the amazing pool multiple times each day. The beds (and the pillows) in the house were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean and well-kept by the wonderful Pinkie, who also cooked our meals each day. Pinkie is an incredible cook and was also a fountain of knowledge regarding getting around, local attractions, ways to save money etc. Nothing was too much for her! I would highly recommend this lovely holiday home!! We will certainly be back!!

Our stay was fantastic, and we loved the house, which has been beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the pool area is fabulous. Being right on the beach really was the icing on the cake. Dinesh was very easy to deal with and provided us with easy check-in details, etc. The house is in need of some TLC from an electrician and builder. Unfortunately, the following items weren’t working during our stay: spa pool jets; dishwasher; all power sockets in the ‘sleep out’ bedroom; TVs in the two main bedrooms and the lounge; three gas burners; lounge air conditioning unit. The property needs some attention to bring it back to the incredible space it is. That said, we had a brilliant time – vinaka vaka levu Dinesh.

Fiji is a magical place and this house is really fantastic for a family with the number of rooms, all having a bathroom and the pool and ocean outside your back door. Denish is a great communicator and very responsive.

Really nice property on pretty cool part of the island. Very relaxed neighborhood and a pretty cool vibe. Dinesh and his team were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We were only there for a long weekend so we didn’t take advantage of some things they offered. We had a very lovely stay and the hosts couldn’t be more nice. We certainly will book here again

The property is beautiful and right on the ocean. So many things to do, snorkel, kayak, swim right from your back door. Pinky cooked for us and it was all amazing and delicious. Would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the house and location - you can't get any better than where this house is located right on the beach next to other gorgeous homes and hotels. Dinesh was very communicative before and during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. There are a few small items that needed attention, but nothing major and items that can be expected in a house next to the ocean. Safrika - our host was amazing! She was helpful, friendly and always available. She made us amazing meals at our request and even made more when we ran out of her delicious dal soup. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend the house to anyone wanting a quiet, perfectly located house on the beach in Fiji! Vinaka Dinesh and Safrika!!

We had a wonderful family holiday hosted by Dinesh and Dharna. The property was amazing. Plenty of space for all of us and we loved being in the pool each day and being looked after by Dharna and the team while there. We would love to return in the future, next time with some friends who can enjoy the property with us.

Contact with Dinesh (the owner) was flawless. Any question I had, he was able to answer. He arranged pick up and transfer from airport to villa.
First, the good. This house is an architecturally built masterpiece. The attention to detail that went into this villa was wonderful. It will sleep 8, but it best for 5 to 6.
The pool is good sized and has a hot tub, but sadly was not working. Water toys are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. The ocean is basically right there and the views are breathtaking. Sarifa, who is the manager/Chef and all around go-to-girl is an absolute gem. She called the businesses and arranged horse-riding and massages for the 5 of us. There is The Pink Spa just right down the road (walking distance) and we Highly recommend them. Supermarket, gas station and some eateries within walking distance.
Now the Bad. The house needs a real DEEP clean. Lights didn't work, hot tub has been down since last year, only 1 tv worked (2 new ones being installed) our toilet was out the whole time but we were compensated. All in all, we would go back. The new owner purchased only 9 months ago and still bringing it up to standards. We had a GREAT time at a villa that had everything we wanted.

The house is great. Basically a 3 master bedrooms beach front, infinity pool property. But ... as usually, the details will get to you. We had no hot water for the last 2 days - the propane went out!? (made it a fun 10 hours flight), the pool heater doesn't work (20C 68F) - but apparently this is a known issue, the house front lights don't work ("will take care of this on Monday" but we left on Friday with no reveal), the double kayak has no seats or hardware (the single one works well), the snorkeling gear is really bad (out of all it was I barely could make out of a visor) the house keeping shows up sometimes announced, or they do their own laundry at the house, the pool maintenance person decided to drain the pool and 24 hours later (after I noticed it) he changed it to fill it back up and overfilled the water tank ... small things, I would say(!). There is an outdoor food court within 2 minutes driving at the gas station: Craig's Diner (didn't try it but looked good), Tipsy Italian - good thin crust pizza, had it for 2 nights and enjoyed it, and an indian place/ all listed as restaurants. The closest restaurants you will be waited on are about 12 km away to the North (towards Nadi) - Crab Shak and all. For the first 2 dinners we tried the inhouse cooking option that did not work for us but it may be a matter of preference.

We absolutely loved this property and the location right on Maui Bay. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Manager Dinesh was very responsive and professional.
The Villa “staff” were the only disappointment - they lived offsite but came every day to make themselves at home in the property - even when I told them that my four family members were sleeping - using the kitchen and laundry, slamming doors
The booking said we could pay them $150 a day to cook for us but on arrival they wanted to charge an extra $70 a day for a taxi to the shops, despite arriving in a car each day.
We ended up asking the Manager to stop them from coming over and to give us some privacy.
Despite this annoyance the property was lovely

House is as you see on the photos, no surprises. Bedrooms and house in very spacious, had a luxurious feel, pool perfect playground for our 3 kids.
We were unlucky with weather, it rained a lot and was very humid (New Year's), would be more careful with time of year to visit, we were stuck indoor more than desired.
It takes some searching the surrounding area to find restaurants and activities, we had to drive for most things,, everybody loved the Beachhouse 10 mins down the road, a little oasis with the backpacking crowd.
Only word of advice/criticism is in regards to management of the cooks, it is a wonderful option (which we used) but the host would benefit from being clear on who pays for what, it was clumsy trying to figure out food cost, fee and tips. I would recommend one amount for ingredients/shopping and one for the service.

Great location and a really nice property. Was our first time to Fiji and we are glad we went the house rental route vs going to one of the hotels in the area. Doesn’t get much better than a nice private house right on the beach with our own pool. Was also nice that pretty decent snorkeling was right off the beach. Staff was great and we had them cook for us for the majority of the trip that added to the fun. Was also a good central location to stay to access all the stuff we wanted to do which included zip lining, scuba diving, a longboat and river tubing trip to a remote village for a cava ceremony, mud pools, jet ski tour, etc. Only real issue was that while we were there the hottub wasn’t working. Overall really great

My husband and I booked this house for 11 nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Communication with Dinesh was great. House was just as portrayed in listing when we arrived. Dharna and Ashneel were there to greet us and were incredibly helpful with information about the area. Dharna also cooked us amazing Indian food. The house was so comfortable that there were days we just lounged around the house, pool, and beach enjoying the perfect weather.
There are a few restaurants in walking distance and others that are a quick drive/cab ride away. Suva was about a 2 hour drive if you want to explore the capital and Denarau about 90 minutes if you want to take a day cruise. Biausevu waterfall is also a short drive away. Overall it's a great location from which to explore Viti Levu.
The only negative was that the heater on the outdoor jacuzzi was broken while we were there, so the pool was too cool to use at night. The water temperature was perfect for a refreshing swim mid-day when the sun was out. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. The starts at night are beautiful there. From the beach you can see sunrise and sunset.
We had a wonderful stay and are so pleased we picked this home for our anniversary trip.
