Coconut Villa is a modern 4 bed 4 bath duplex with a coastal flair located in mid-island. This property can be rented as the full 4 bedroom or can be separated into two 2-bedroom units. There is no interior door connecting the units. Whip up a quick meal in either kitchen to take to the beach or unwind in the living rooms with a movie after a long day in the sun. Both primary suites feature a queen bed plus an en suite with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations with a full over full bunk bed and their own stylish, updated bathroom. The backyard oasis features a state-of-the-art shared pool with a spillover spa, as well as an outdoor TV, providing endless fun for all ages. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
