Welcome to our beautifully remodeled spacious retreat located in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to beaches, downtown, riverfront, shopping, dining, UNCW and medical centers.
Come enjoy our open concept floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. A game room for kids to experience old fashion favorite video games such as Galaga and Mrs PacMan. Our outdoor patio includes a grill, plenty of seating, and a gas firepit!
Our home is perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day.

This property deserves more than 5 stars! Great location, comfortable beds, cute home, great communication, and owners had guests comfort in mind while furnishing. I appreciated the extras provided. I did not want to leave!

We stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend for a soccer tournament in the area. In our party were 2 mom’s and 3 girls (12-13 year olds). It was a great location close to UNCW and near many of the soccer fields. House was in a very quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Entire home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. There were separate spaces to congregate, a nice outdoor space and plenty of parking. If you are in the Wilmington area for anything, I highly recommend this home.

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your location. It was so well kept and clean, and included everything we needed to cook for the group in the evening. I appreciate the early check in on the day of our arrival, as well. This was our first trip to Wilmington to tour venues for our daughter’s wedding and the accommodations made things so much easier! We hope to stay with you again in 2025 when we return for the wedding!

It was perfect for our weekend get away! Kids enjoyed game room and adults loved the outdoor space. The house had everything we needed and communication for check in was perfect. The basketball may need a little air but that is easily fixed:) Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back.

Nice stay, everything was clean and kitchen has all the necessities you will need will big dining table. The neighborhood is close to a lot of things in town. The owner quickly responded with any questions we had.

Stay here! I had questions before we rented and Tom responded very quickly! The house is CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL!! It is very comfortable-couches and beds (loved the soft sheets!). Great space inside and outside! It is conveniently located-we went to Carolina beach, Wrightsville beach and the river walk (places 15-25 minutes away). The showers were the only drawback. They were very clean but the water pressure isn’t great-takes a bit to get the shampoo out of long hair. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nicely renovated home just 3.5 miles from downtown Wilmington and even closer to UNC Wilmington. Clean, great backyard if you want to hangout outside.I would rent this home again.

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet residential/family friendly location. The house has a great open concept where we were able to host local family for dinners. Game room allowed the kids to have a 'hang out' place far from our master suite. It was so peaceful at the house with absolutely zero noise from the surrounding neighborhood. The drive to the beach was short/smooth and there are multiple grocery stores/restaurants just around the corner. We spent lots of time at the Little Loaf bakery too as we had heard of it. The owners were great and the beds/living areas were very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

We recently stayed at this lovely home for 4 nights while visiting my daughter at UNCW. The house is open and spacious and very clean. The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same comforter to have at home! The homeowners were very responsive to all questions asked. It was a bit cold to enjoy the backyard but it looks like a great place to relax and hang out. There was a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags,etc..to get us started for our stay. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future!

The property is lovely and was conveniently located for our needs. We would have loved to have enjoyed the backyard space, but with family commitments, there wasn't the time. Maybe next time! Thanks for a wonderful rental.

My two adult sons and I enjoyed a pleasant stay here. Well located for the activities we had in mind. weather wasn't conductive for enjoying the outdoor firepit area but it looked quite nice. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had basic essentials but if guests like to cook they may want to bring their own essentials (no pepper in grinder and very minimal coffee was available........but I always bring my own anyway). Beds were awesome, bathrooms clean. Overall, a nice place.

The home was renovated beautifully! It’s located in a safe central area of Wilmington right off Shipyard Blvd. Close to lots of shopping areas. It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We were in town for a concert at the Live Oak Bank Pavilion and it was less than a 15 minute drive. All the bedroom mattresses were super comfy and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The kitchen came well stocked with kitchen gadgets and platters, etc.

Beautiful home with attention to detail. Spacious, updated home in a great location. Close to downtown and the Riverwalk, less than 20 mins to the beach. Backyard is perfect for unwinding and spending time with family/friends. Will definitely keep in mind next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!
