Beautiful, cozy, spacious

Beautiful home with lots of character in a perfect location close to transit. Perfectly clean shared areas and a very comfortable bed. The room was air conditioned, spacious, and comfortable. I stayed here with my partner, but as a young female who has done a lot of solo travelling I really appreciated the individual lock on the bedroom door! :) Moni's hospitality was exceptional - there was tea, coffee, oatmeal for us to help ourselves to and water in the room, which was lovely after a day of travel. She was very kind and helpful. We'd love to stay again next time we're in Boston!

i enjoyed my stay there

their was no breakfast. but i do like the location. it was very enjoyable and i like the bedroom and everything

The Place wasn't all that good but it was fair. the TV was small, no cable. but i did enjoy my stay there at the place. and it was too quiet that some person came in the house and used a flashlight to see what they was going and went right back out. the staff was not doing the job right correctly in professional way.

住宅を宿泊施設に転用していて、ホームステイにきた感じです。部屋は広くて明るくて快適。ベッドも大きくて収納も申し分ありません。最寄り駅から徒歩５分、周囲にはお店もまあまああります。全体的に居心地のいい宿です。

Had a great time in Dorchester and was very pleased with the room we stayed in.

Was in close proximity to restaurants and stores. Easy self check in. The owner Mina was awesome, very accommodating, she let us check out an hour late and was gracious when we had to check in late. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Die Lage war schlecht, wir haben uns nicht getraut am Abend raus zu gehen. Unser Zimmer hatte zwei Türen – eine davon konnte man nicht schließen. Um einigermaßen zu schlafen, haben wir das Sofa vor die Tür geschoben. Das gleiche war im Bad – eine musste Woche halten. Das Bett war gut, aber die Bettwäsche nicht einladend. Am Abend habe ich in der Küche einige Kakerlaken gesehen.

The house owner is friendly, she tried to help me with all my questions. House is very clean and cozy. There are supermarkets and a metro in a walking distance.

The neighbourhood is not safe.

Easy to come there by public transport and very nice atmosphere in the house.

We appreciated much that there are some things like coffee, vinegar etc in the kitchen, that we could use a bit.That makes a stay so much easier. To sit and have breakfast, either in the kitchen or out on the small terrace, was cosy and fine. Also the room was beautiful and big and furnitured with a nice taste. Also in the bathroom were offered thingis like shower gel etc. Thank you for all that!

Very beautiful and restful flawless accommodation.

Beautiful, airy room filled with light. The stay and room were filled with the tiny details which showed the care and attention that the owner gave the property. It was a restful, happy and graceful place. It’s a ordinalBoston neighbood but has many lovely places to eat.

There is nothing I could see that would I move this place. No problems at all.

Food was provided in the kitchen (by the other guests). Room was well sized and clean.

Perhaps quieter air conditioning units for when sleeping, however there is a fan above.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book a room here again.

Cozy house with large bright and sunny room. The bed was super comfortable and there was a desk to work at. There was ample street parking. Although there are multiple guests at a time we had plenty of privacy.

There wasn’t much not to like.

Best deal for that price

Nice room in authentic Victorian house located just 3 minutes from subway and grocery. Kitchen available for use. great for solo traveler as well as for a group. The owner deserves more then 10 stars, it was a pleasure to be a guest 🙃

Lovely host, beautiful house, great location

Moni is an amazing host who always puts the comfort of her guests first, and the house is simply beautiful! The fact that guests are free to use breakfast products, such as tea, milk, and cereal, was an enormous plus. The metro stop is two minutes away (the red line takes you directly into downtown), and there are several shops and restaurants nearby. The bathroom is cleaned daily. I felt very safe, comfortable, and taken care of throughout my four-days-long stay!

I hope to come back again here in the future.

The house is beautiful and decorated with excellent taste. Room was ample and the bed was superb. Location is perfect, very close to shops and near the subway, with fast and direct trains to central Boston. Moni, the host, is wonderful. Very helpful, generous and nice. Simply, a perfect choice.

it’s a real pity for the burnt chickpeas inconvenience, because for the rest it was perfect!

unfortunately the host had accidentally burnt some chickpeas before our arrival, so a heavy smell impregnated the whole house, bed included.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The house has a nice cozy atmosphere and the bathroom and kitchen are good. The location was very convenient, with stores and facilities nearby and a subway station around the corner. It was a pleasant stay, definitely value for money, recommended!

Some small thing could use an upgrade, such as the curtains and blinds in the room, but nothing major was lacking.
