The peaceful location. Easy access to the bus 17 to Cleethorpes. Nearby supermarket in Haven caravan park. Good area for walking.
The description said toiletries. However you need to BYO shampoo and gel.

Being near the beach
Uncomfortable beds, soft toys on the bed unhygienic, cobwebs, very dated furniture and generally not very clean, even the kettle was painted in the same paint the furniture was painted with

Great little place, a stone's throw to the beach. Nice and quiet. Had everything we could need for a short break and more. Very good and quick heating. Lots of easy access walks nearby. Loved the big sitting/ dining area for relaxing.

The property was clean, well supplied with facilities. The location was excellent, in a very quiet area but within a few minutes walk of the beach and nature reserve. It was very homely and comfortable. A lovely place to stay.
Nothing not to like.

The most peaceful and quiet location I have ever had the pleasure to spend the night in.
Get up in the morning and sit with your morning coffee contemplating the coming day and all you can hear are the birds singing and the ticking of the kitchen clock, no traffic noise, no sirens, no crowds of chattering people passing by etc. yet you're surrounded by other homes.
The sun comes out and you can sit in the fenced off garden taking in the fresh sea air and the peacefulness.
At night there's no light pollution and you sleep well with a total blackout effect without even having blackout blinds or curtains.
This place is even quieter than a lot of the countryside camping sites I have stayed at.
Indoors is clean, spacious, comfortable and functional. It's bigger internally than its external appearance would have you believe.
With a fully equipped kitchen containing fridge, oven, microwave, and even a washing machine we had everything we needed for a trouble free self-catering break.
My granddaughter loved playing in the secure garden in the morning before we ventured out to see the sights and sounds of Cleethorpes and its area.
Sand dunes, sea, and an RSPB reserve just 5-10 minutes walk away added an extra dimension to the usual seaside holiday.
The central heating was very efficient and renders the place cozy and warm all the time. The decor is nice and pleasing to the eye without being excessively bold. The beds are extremely comfortable.
All in all none of us could fault the overall experience of the premises.
Leaving on our final morning, we all wanted to stay longer but had other important things to attend to at home.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

Property is spacious, clean and has lovely decor. Kids loved the board games! Great location, will be back :)
4.0 / 5.0
Great location, nice layout inside and good value for money.
seems to rely on guests to keep it clean but some have lower standards than others.
the microwave is rusty and the fridge seal needs a good deep clean. loose floor board in twin room.

Such a peaceful place, the board games were very handy due to the rain!😁
Bad reception, WiFi would be much appreciated!

Property was warm and cosy with plenty of wood for the wood burner. Kitchen was adequately supplied with most of the utensils and crockery you would have at home. Lounge sofa was comfortable.
Double bed very uncomfortable - the mattress too small for bed frame. Pillows too flimsy and would fall between frame and mattress during the night. Oven was barely adequate, took ages to bake even if pre-cooking food first. Missed having a potato masher and garlic press.
4.5 / 5.0
The layout of the accommodation. The decoration and styling.
The kitchen bin had not been emptied before our arrival and there was a dirty towel in the linen basket.

Surprisingly large inside compared to exterior shots. Big comfortable living room. Powerful central heating. Beautiful location a couple of minutes walk from nature reserve and beach. Great value for same price as bog standard hotel room.
