This place is exactly what we needed, close to downtown attractions and the convention center, which is where we needed to go. Parking was easy, there was always space available. The place itself was really cute, comfortable, and clean. Just be mindful of the neighborhood, during the day it was good, but at night, my Citizen app showed a few Incidents each night we were there. Overall, it was a great stay and I would choose this location again if needed.

Overall our experience was good, however the coffeemaker did not work and initially the t.v. would not connect to the wifi. I did contact the property manager and they offered a troubleshoot for the t.v. but did not respond to the coffeemaker issue. There wasn't a coffee shop nearby so the coffee situation was a little hard given we are coffee drinkers. The home is nicely decorated and has all the necessities. I would say that the house was overall clean but does need to be mopped as our socks were black after walking around the house. The front bedroom is very loud as the window has a gap in it and the house is located at an intersection. Overall our stay was ok and manag early.

went to concert at Mercedes-Benz stadium. solid AC during high heat and humidity. roomy bedroom/ bathrooms for 4 adults.

Nice little spot close to all the attractions. The A/C was a little funky and had trouble cooling. The water in the toilets was dark brown and nasty, as well as water from the tap, would recommend bringing some bottled water for coffee. The coffee maker did not work but we replaced it with a cheap one for future guests. And finally, there was no TV in the bedrooms, that would be a nice addition.

Nice place. Just wish there were not so many stairs both outside and inside for parents. Coffee maker also never really worked 🙁Also wish there would have been more seating in living room area. Couch was small and only 1 other chair for 5 people. Some had to sit at table when finally sitting down for the evening.

My family had an amazing stay while we were in Atlanta. Walking distance to the Aquarium and The Varsity. The place was clean, cozy and we felt safe, which is always important when visiting a new place. We will definitely stay again!

Host was very accommodating and responsive. The house had all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. Location was great for what we wanted to do while in Atlanta.

Very convenient for us to Georgia Tech. Nice to have a place to make meals and spread out during our kid’s swim meets all weekend.

My stay was very relaxing. I had one issue with one of the beds, it was broken and rocked when we sat on it. Great location and very close to everything. Read instructions before you park your car in front of house. You will get a ticket if you are not 25 feet away from crossway, which is in front of the unit. Overall great stay.

Not far from mart and perfect for what we needed.

Clean. Lots of room. Walk in bathrooms were nice for privacy. Close to downtown. We didn’t rent a car just Uber everywhere.

We stayed here with another couple while in town for a concert at State Farm Arena. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a short walk to all the attractions around Centennial Park and also a Atlanta Breakfast Club, a must for breakfast. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom which was nice and the living area was a great place to relax.

This was a great townhome inside. Very clean and neat. Professional communications and listing was accurate. It was decorated nicely. Location was close to lots of entertainment. Not a very family friendly neighborhood but great for singles or weekend out with friends. The parking was not clear and it was easy to be ticketed. But the condo was very nicely done inside. Overall, I would recommend it to others and I would stay again if I came with friends.

A very cute and tidy apartment, equipped with everything you need. The updated furnishings in this space made it feel welcoming. The host provided some coffee pods and snacks upon our arrival. She left clear check in and checkout information, and she was responsive to our questions. The location is good and safe: walking distance to Atlanta Breakfast Club (highly recommend), as well the aquarium and Coca Cola Museum. Great place to stay!

We stayed in the property for a girls weekend. The location was great, close to downtown and the major highways for easy access to other places. The neighborhood was quiet. The place was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed our time here

This location was perfect for enjoying the attractions and restaurants of downtown. It was a short walk to everything. The property manager responded quickly when I had a question. The little extras like snacks, water bottles, and kuerig coffee and tea pods were an added plus.

The property was nice and in a great location next to the college. Parking was difficult due to the townhouse being on a crosswalk. The first night we couldn't find anywhere to park and ended up having to park a street over. The other issue we encountered was we could not get the house to cool off. We set both thermostats to 60 and it never dropped below 70 in the house all weekend. I reached out to the property manager but no one ever came to fix it. Also, beds and couch are super uncomfortable and the couch isn't actually a pull out couch, the middle pulls out to turn into a lounger style bed but took some fenagling due to it being broke on one side. House was super clean and the refreshments and water were nice. It is also super close to everything.

The house is very clean and organized. It is about a mile from downtown. It had a nice welcome package of snacks and water. The only thing is I wish that there were TVs in the bedrooms. I would stay there again.

Two bedroom townhouse about 10’ walk to aquarium world of Coca Cola and centennial park. Nice and quiet, great communication. Good for small families or 2 couples. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in a lovely home. The home was pristine and felt very comfy for my husband and I with our family.
The site did specify there were 4 total beds in the home, 2 queens & one futon . There was only one futon/couch bed in the living room..

Property was easy to find and close enough to walk to restaurants & attractions.

I stayed here while visiting Atlanta with my son, his wife, and two children. Our main reason for the trip was to spend the day at the Georgia Aquarium. This townhouse is within easy walking distance of the aquarium, the World of Coke, Olympic Park, the College Football Hall of Fame, and Georgia Tech, as well as other tourist attractions. We walked to several top reviewed restaurants including The Varsity. The whole family agreed that the location was great and that we would definitely stay here again.

We were planning our trip to Atlanta and like normal we were looking for a hotel with two bedrooms or a suite. For fun, I looked on VRBO and found this gem. Way better than a hotel. GREAT location. Very clean. Cheaper than two bedrooms in a hotel or a suite. Way better option.
