Reviewer Comments:
This was the 2nd time renting this house in Brewster. It met our needs for 8 adults and a toddler very well. The newly added bedroom and bathroom just made our stay even better. The living room was perfect for everyone to congregate there to watch the Olympics comfortably. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had great storage and had plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. It is in a great central area making it easy to shop or other activities. Only recommendations are to add blinds/curtains to the slider to the large room downstairs and a shade or longer curtains to the first floor bathroom.

We have been renting a week on the Cape for over 40 years. This house is definitely the best we've stayed in. Location is awesome! Says "Brewster" but minutes from Chatham, Harwich, Orleans - it's amazing. And very close to harbor areas (Jackknife) .. so beautiful. The kitchen is HUGE and the rooms are perfectly adequate for a mix of seniors, couples, a bunk bed for young ones! EVERYONE was so happy. (aaaand 3 full baths!) Amazing! We're going back next year!

Reviewer Comments:
The house and location were great. The rooms were large enough to spread out. Plenty of cabinet space and storage. There was a light switch issue that took 2 days to resolve and that was frustrating. Once resolved it was fine. I would recommend that you add a few more cooking pots, dishes and glasses because we found we had to wash dishes more than once a day. Unfortunately the 3rd bathroom was not completed as hoped, but really ended up not being a problem . It will be great once it is completed. The finished basement was nice, spacious and did not smell musty. The outside shower was appreciated. Central air was awesome but it was hot and humid in the bedroom upstairs. The fan helped but didn’t help with humidity. We would recommend a window unit if no central air upstairs. Next year, Hoping to stay here again and with minor changes, anticipate ranking 5 stars.

The property description was very accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The manager provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We enjoyed so many activities and restaurants in the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed our visit to Nantucket, taking the Steamship Authority ferry from Hyannis.

Reviewer Comments:
We had a lovely two week vacation in Cape Cod with our family and friends. The rental property was in a great location and offered an adequate living space to satisfy our needs. We were told that the owners recently purchased this home and just started to rent it out. Perhaps that is why there was no starter cleaning supplies, no toilet plunger and no blankets or quilts which we thought would be present along with the pillows. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was much needed and appreciated since it was a very hot and humid 2 week stay. The home has a rodent problem. We found a dead mouse in the garage. The kitchen area had a lingering odor that we suspected could be from a dead rodent in the walls. Aside from a few issues, we had a good time.
