Welcome to your new home away from home on the gorgeous east coast with a new hot tub installed in 2024. The hot tub is available between 4/1 and 10/31. This beautiful home is the perfect New England getaway for you and your loved ones. Ideally located right on the heart of the bay, tons of waterfront activities await you! Use the boat house to find kayaks and paddleboards to spend all day playing in the bay. Hold barbecues on the back porch and tell scary stories by the fire pit. Experience unbeatable views like Atlantic ocean sunsets and fantastic stargazing.
Inside you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. There are tons of comfortable furniture throughout, promoting great conversation and togetherness. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel applianced and a floating island breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with plenty of space for personal effects, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
