Great bargain break for a family of four.
Good size and great to have two single bedrooms. All basics included: bedding, cooking oil, condiments, toilet rolls, towels, games, books. Also welcome pack was nice touch. Shower reasonably powerful and small outside sitting area at front. 2 miles from Lyme Regis and Charmouth sea fronts. Nice quiet housing area location at rear at rear of hotel.
Not in town and it’s a good mile walk to local shop. If you need a big shop you need to drive to Bridport or Seaton.

Fab chalet, fab location!
Fabulous little chalet, great & peaceful location. Very well presented with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Broadband & satellite TV very hit & miss, probably due to location. Great welcome pack with teabags, biscuits, milk and sweet treats 😊 Great selection of games and books provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional
Fantastic, quiet location, handy for Lyme Regis and Charmouth. Unexpectedly excellent arrival package (some dry goods, including tea bags and coffee; and milk in the fridge). Bonus selection of board games and jigsaws.
Central heating wasn't on the first night as described, but that was easily fixed by following the in-property instructions.

A perfect, peaceful base.
A well-equipped holiday home in a good, secure and peaceful location. The living area is comfortable with two sofas, coffee tables, a bookcase (with lots of books), a sideboard with games inside. A good sized ‘smart’ TV and good internet access. The kitchenette is small but has a good-sized fridge/freezer and microwave. Plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery. A great ‘power shower’. Plenty of lights.
It would be helpful if the description could include a warning that people with mobility issues might find it unsuitable. For example, the parking area is up a moderately steep incline and further than we thought. There are some steps leading up the garden path to the entrance, and there is quite a large step up to the shower. It would be useful for the future if the owner would consider investing in a handrail for the shower and handrails for the steps on the garden path. This is not a complaint, just a recommendation.
