This is a warm and spacious property and close to the shops and the sea. The only downside is the bath which is quite high and may be difficult if you have mobility problems.

Second year of renting this property which was satisfactory could’nt manage the 9 o clock vacate so left on the Thursday instead. Would have been nice to have been offered some form of heating when boiler pump broke down as we are older persons with COPD and arthritis problems just needed the damp chill taken off other than this stay was fine

Perfect, spacious and well equipped. Great location with easy access to both front and back.
Good sized rooms and a good bathroom with a fab shower. Always plenty of hot water.
Fantastic enclosed area to the back, a little sun trap to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is near: the main street, the beach, everything is within walking distance (perfect location). The only gripe is the noisy toilet upstairs.
The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook.
Teabags, milk & biscuits were a lovely welcoming touch.

House east to find . Street parking was ok. Could always find a Space . Key safe nightmare to fit all the keys in ! I did have to take them off the ring and put them in separately (sorry) . And please add how to make the tv work in the guide for people staying . We could only work Netflix . Nice house would recommend to others for sure .

The property wasn’t very clean, balls of hair in the clothing cupboard, random toiletries everywhere, used toothbrushes, hair brushes and the facilities in the kitchen were very poor indeed. Cheap bendy utensils and everything was Iver used and not performing properly. The communication was horrendous, having asked questions on route via email about check in, no one answered me. There was no indication about bin day so we missed the bins and it seemed the previous family did too as we arrived to a full bin with flies all over it so had barely any space for ours. The bed in the box room has loose slats and collapsed at the base from just sitting on it so my daughter couldn’t use it and the tv didn’t work properly, all we could get was Netflix. Overall it feels like attention to detail is lacking and it’s just a case of cram as many people in as possible without really bothering too much. Sheringham is lovely but we wouldn’t return to this property.
