Estefania is beautifully designed and well-laid-out, with all the amenities of a full-functioning house, so that you can enjoy the ultimate feeling of comfort.
The villa features:
- 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms
- Fully equipped industrial kitchen with stove, freezer, and fridge and a smaller kitchenette for snacks.
- Spacious comfortable living room and dinning room.
- Studio with: AC, Smart TV and cable.
- Wifi throughout the villa to keep up with your emails and such.
The outdoor area features an ocean front infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi with sun beds dinning area and green surroundings with direct access to the beach.
This is the perfect place to enjoy the breathtaking views and the colorful sunsets and find the relaxation and calmness you seek on your vacation. Casa Estefania offers privacy and security and is perfect for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
Let our staff pamper you with daily maid service and onsite staff. Our concierge service is always available to arrange tours and excursions, chef services, waitstaff, bartenders, personal drivers, pre-stocking of food and beverages, in villa massage and other services.

HOUSE RULES
This is a family-oriented Villa. Premises shall be occupied by a maximum number of no more than 20 guests. No parties over 20 guests (from the Guest List listed below) are allowed on the property grounds unless authorization is given by the owner or the villa manager. It is prohibited to use social areas as sleeping space.
No animals shall be kept in or around the premises.
Tenants shall not disturb, endanger or interfere with neighbors.
Smoking is prohibited inside bedrooms or any closed areas of the villa. If not complied with, a US$500 fine per room will be charged.
The house can not be used for sex activities, pornography or any unlawful purposes, including the use of any illegal substances.
For security reasons, tenants cannot invite locals onto the premises, including beach vendors, beach boys, masseuses or any strangers the Tenant don’t know, unless authorized by the owner / villa manager. It is specifically prohibited the entry of local or foreigner prostitutes / sex workers of any gender (or any other person known as such in D.R.) in any area of the Villa. If not complied with, the Tenant will have to leave the Villa immediately and will lose the total rental amount. The noncompliance with this matter could result on the use of local authorities to force the tenant and/or the guests to live the house. Will also renounce to any liability that these actions may produce, on behalf of the owner.
Professional / commercial videos, or pictures breaking any of the house rules, can not be uploaded in any platform. If do so, they should be removed immediately.
The use of glass material (glasses, bottles, etc.) is not advised around the pool. The owner will not be responsible if a glass is broken and results in an injury. Children should not be left alone around the pool or the beach.
The Tenant agrees not to violet any regulation of Casa Estefania, nor commits waste or nuisance upon the premises.
