5 Star newly renovated Beach Condo - perfect for 2 families or family with grandparents.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with direct Gulf of Mexico views. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for the family to spread out. The Magnolia Farms inspired decor carries throughout the condo. The unique sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or bird colony.

You cant be closer to the Beach/Ocean and amazing Sunsets.

The space
Open the energy-efficient windows and let the Gulf breezes in and listen to the sounds of the surf. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops also has a breakfast bar for optional seating. The living room and dining areas are spacious and inviting and has a Roku Smart TV and DVD player.

All beds are prime beds with high quality mattresses . The master bedroom has a King size bed, Roku Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds - both of these bedrooms also have Roku Smart TVs. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Washer/Dryer available right next to Condo.

The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and shower/rinse station. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well.

This was such a great place to stay with our family. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed to cook, clean, play, sleep, relax! The location was very convenient to other fun things to do in the area, we went to a Rays game one night, enjoyed a movie a different night, and ate great food nearby too. The distance of the walk to the ocean from the elevators was really close too. Sometimes the west coast beaches have a loooooong walk in the sand which can be hard when lugging chairs, coolers, tents. But this one was really close, and it was not that busy at all either! The hosts were so helpful and even came and fixed a small issue with a window. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will for sure be back!

Was exactly as advertised. Clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed. Great location. Would definitely book again. Only complaint was parking. You would think for a 3 bedroom unit that we would have 2 parking spots. There's only 1 spot per unit and only 2 non-reserved spots for the entire place. We got lucky to snag one of them, but the alternative of parking 2 miles away overnight didn't sound great. Everything else was fantastic though!

Everything about our trip was perfect! The condo is clean, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, the view is incredible, and the beach was heavenly! The host was so kind and accommodating! I can't wait to return!

This unit is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. Although we missed having a balcony, the view from the large picture window was breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we needed which was appreciated since it isn't often the case with these rentals. We were somewhat disappointed how busy the beach was on Saturday and Sunday because of the public parking and public beach access.

Very Nice place, short walk to the beach and the pool. The only problem was the fire alarms. Went off twice while we were there. That's hard with three little ones and they are sleeping.

Condo was exactly as described. Clean, beds comfortable, perfect for family. Couple things I would recommend: - handbars in showers for elderly persons. - more than 4 towels for 8 people (ended up washing them ourselves).

Excellent location. Older building could use some minor cleaning / beautification. Inside very nice kitchen and great room area. Beds comfy but could use a little remodeling of bathrooms. Owners very responsive and professional. Overall enjoyed and would consider returning.

The owners Hayley & Frank made this vacation even more stress free for us! So many available amenities like chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, and a pack n play! We needed groceries and our personal items and that was it!! Amazing hospitality in a clean, friendly area RIGHT on the beach! We loved it and can’t wait to return soon!

The condo is absolutely perfect! The view of the ocean was incredible. The condo is much larger then what we thought it would be and we were all comfortable. One minute walk to the beach and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The owner set aside a beach tent for us to have shade. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful place, clean but only 1 parking spot per unit for a family of 8. Also beautiful view but didn’t realize it didn’t have a balcony ( probably my fault for not checking to see if there was one) loved the location, wasn’t to busy but yet close enough to the bigger city’s. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was a wonderful condo for our family. It is beach front which is perfect! There is no balcony but the main loving area does have almost a full wall of windows which gives you a beautiful view still. The condo is beautifully decorated and the owners matched the season for decor. Plenty of space for relaxing, cooking and eating. A short walk down the road to a ice cream shot, a little longer walk to a local coffee shop. On Sunday there is a local market a short walk away as well. Just a short drive into Clearwater. We had everything we needed to cook while also having a couple extras like a blender and a Keurig coffee maker. The beach is beautiful! Super soft sugar-like sand that made it very enjoyable for full days and evenings down by the water. Even on the weekend the beach was not overly packed which was a plus. There is no laundry in the condo itself, which I should have looked that up prior, but there is a community laundry room I believe for each floor. We didn't get to use the pool, partially because it was on the opposite of the ocean side but also we enjoyed splashing in the ocean plenty! Overall, it was a great stay for our little family for a weekend away from the cold up north. We would stay here again.

Great area, adorable place inside (the outside/building is on the older side), it was decorated beautifully for Christmas, comfy beds, plenty of seating, right on the beach - open the windows and listen to the waves.And, not far from the stadium in Tampa - to see the Cincy Bengals bring home the win!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. If you open the windows a little you can hear the ocean….so peaceful. The location was unbeatable. The owners were very responsive and kind. We would definitely book again.

The property was perfect. Beautiful just like the pictures! Right on the beach. The only thing I didn’t like was that the thermostat was set at 74 and in Florida that’s a bit high. I understand there was a reason but as a premenopausal woman I wish I was prepared. Honestly I don’t think I could have handled it in the middle of summer. But other than that it was perfect:)

Check in was simple. Hosts were accommodating by providing additional parking pass and the rooms were bright, clean, and well appointed. Access to the beach was convenient, however do not forget to take your phone with you if you go after dark because the keypad is not lighted 🥺.

it was beautifully decorated and spacious but the space was not clean. our feet were black all week and the crawlers had black knees. we totally understand sand but it doesnt appear its been mopped in awhile. I would also replace the rug as it was also very filthy. Very cute place though with a beautiful view

Beautiful beach, great location. Clean property with lots of space. The pool was nice! The only thing we found inconvenient was the # of codes/keys you have to remember to get throughout the property. I would definitely stay here again though!

The condo was excellent. Recently renovated and it showed. Beach wasn't busy or overcrowded. There is a nice sand bar in front of the building so the kids could go out pretty far and still only have water up to their waist. Close enough to Clearwater if you want more things to do, but far enough away that you don't get the crowded beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Smack dab between St Pete and Clearwater we got to enjoy both as well as the quiet of our little beach! Condo was great for 7 adults/older teens- plenty of room. Building is undergoing some needed TLC but everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. We are already discussing another family trip here in the summer. Beautiful beach- shops n restraints within walking distance - just terrific

There were 5 women ranging in ages 33-68 and we LOVED this property! It was extremely spacious and clean. There is no balcony (only 1 of 3 I believe in the whole condo that doesn’t), but that’s why there was able to be a third bedroom. We didn’t mind because we had rainy weather so we spent a lot of time inside and really enjoyed all the space! The entrance into the condo is keyless, but actual keys are required in from the beach or parking garage. It wasn’t annoying for us because we were all adults, but I would think with kids it might be frustrating. There are SO many good places to eat within either walking distance or a short drive. The sand is compact and great for long strolls on the beach! It was a wonderful stay and if we get to come back we would book here again!

This property was beautiful, fully stocked with everything we needed for the perfect girls trip! The sunsets could not be beat and the view from the condo itself was just as good as sitting at the beach. The area was easy to walk around, small store not far away for drinks etc., great restaurant's, quiet clean beach.

We loved the condo!! The view of the sunset was breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and tools, which was so helpful as we cook most of our meals. Plan to buy or bring any pantry staples if you plan on cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the closets were a great size! If we come back to this area, we would definitely book again!!
