• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.

Overall it was ok, we stay in condos on the beach every year and in my opinion it wasn’t worth the price we paid to stay there. It is right next door to a bird sanctuary and at times the smell while sitting on the balcony was awful. The sheets and bedding were not soft. There was leftover items all over the condo from where they did construction at some point. There wasn’t an empty cabinet or pantry for food items. The items just had to sit out on the counter all week. The elevator was gross. I hate to complain but I feel like if I had known these things, I never would have paid this price to stay here. It’s not terrible, it’s just not worth the price they're charging.

We enjoyed our stay at San Remo 207 and would happily book again in a heartbeat. Our group loved the beach views from the balcony and being so close to the pool and shaded pool area. We went with friends and family (6 people total) and had plenty of room for all of us. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and appliances needed. Having laundry in the unit was a huge plus. There were beach toys and umbrellas in the closet as well as a fan, extra blankets, etc. Having an elevator and carts made getting luggage and groceries up to the room a breeze.
We loved it so much that we added extra days to our stay (twice) and the property managers were super accommodating. :) Highly recommend!

The condo and property were in good condition with exception being the ongoing construction on north side of building. Owner thought construction was completed and provided unit discount for inconvenience that we appreciated. We would definitely rent unit again if available.

We booked this property for a two week stay. The photos on the listing looked amazing and we were looking forward to our visit. The morning before we were to fly down, we were told that the condo was undergoing construction and that one of the bedrooms was 'uninhabitable'. If we were going to use that room then the guest would have to sleep on an air mattress on the floor in a room with no electricity. Needless to say, we had to cancel our reservation - greatly disappointing us. The owner had to know that their condo was under going construction and never said anything in the listing. We believe that they waited until the very last minute hoping that we would settle for sub-par accomodations.

The condo was clean and spacious! The beach access and pool were perfect! The management company provided a great orientation as well as checking in during the week to see if we needed anything. The condo was equipped with EVERYTHING we could imagine using— from the kitchen to beach chairs and so many other things!

We enjoyed our stay once we got there but when we first arrived the condo wasn't as clean as I had hoped but we called the property manager and they were very quick to respond and sent someone over right away to clean again. A few days in we noticed an apple sized blood stain on the inside of the quilt on one of the beds so that was gross but we used the washer provided and washed it but sometimes those things just gross you out and it did. I would also say it could use some new blinds and little improvements to make it a little nicer.
Otherwise, It was a good location with a nice pool and right on the beach. Not sure I would rent this specific place again but I would use the same property manager as they were very helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely wonderful week. Had a couple of issues and most were cleared up by management. The beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is maybe a handicap bar in the guest bathroom as well as the master bath.

It was our family’s first time visiting Redington Shores & we loved this condo & the location. Everything was exactly like the pictures in the listing & 6 of us were comfortable in the condo for 7 nights/8 days. Views were amazing & the beach was perfect & not crowded at all, which we love! Would stay again
The condo was decorated very nicely and was very clean and roomy!!! Close to the beach just as advertised! The handle of the oven door came off but we were able to fix it. The nozzle in the master bathroom is somewhat broken and needs replaced. My only other suggestion is to add a few more baking dishes and pans. There is limited cookware. Oh, and the building elevator is very slow but you can take the stairs! Would definitely recommend to someone!

Great Location
First time staying, property was clean, condo was clean and provided all the basic necessities needed. Was the perfect size for us. The pool area was cleaned daily and the restrooms at the pool were cleaned every morning and spotless. The beach was a very short walk from the condo and pool, really nice beach for a good walk every morning and evening at sunset. White sand beach was a plus. Good restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Relaxing Family Trip to Redington Shores
We had a great stay at San Remo! The unit was clean and well appointed and was just as advertised. Plenty of room for our group and we traveled with small children who had plenty of beach toys to use during our stay. Would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to the area.

Can’t say enough nice things about this condo. Beautiful view from our balcony facing the ocean. A very nice pool facility with a hot tub. Everything we needed and more. The owners graciously left all the beach accessories you could possibly need! The kitchen was fully equipt. The bed in the master suite was so comfy we had to find out what brand the mattress was so we can make it out next mattress! Spotlessly clean. The rental company was a pleasure to work with. We plan to book here again!

Great Condo!
Just left the condo after a fantastic week. The space was VERY clean and comfortable and you can't get any closer to the beach . Wonderful view of the gulf through full wall sliding doors . Great balcony to have morning coffee , had all the necessary things needed for our stay. The beds and showers were also fantastic. We will stay there again !
