The condo was completely renovated with a brand-new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, newer furniture, and decor. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from this unit balcony! Small Dog Friendly with a $250 Pet Fee. ***Due to storm - the beach is inaccessible for a couple of weeks and pool is inaccessible for a couple of months . However, unit has power, water and WiFi.***

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Overall it was ok, we stay in condos on the beach every year and in my opinion it wasn’t worth the price we paid to stay there. It is right next door to a bird sanctuary and at times the smell while sitting on the balcony was awful. The sheets and bedding were not soft. There was leftover items all over the condo from where they did construction at some point. There wasn’t an empty cabinet or pantry for food items. The items just had to sit out on the counter all week. The elevator was gross. I hate to complain but I feel like if I had known these things, I never would have paid this price to stay here. It’s not terrible, it’s just not worth the price they're charging.

We enjoyed our stay at San Remo 207 and would happily book again in a heartbeat. Our group loved the beach views from the balcony and being so close to the pool and shaded pool area. We went with friends and family (6 people total) and had plenty of room for all of us. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and appliances needed. Having laundry in the unit was a huge plus. There were beach toys and umbrellas in the closet as well as a fan, extra blankets, etc. Having an elevator and carts made getting luggage and groceries up to the room a breeze. We loved it so much that we added extra days to our stay (twice) and the property managers were super accommodating. :) Highly recommend!

It was confortable enough for all 3 couples to have space. Easy walk to the beach and great location to restaurants, shops and activities.

The condo and property were in good condition with exception being the ongoing construction on north side of building. Owner thought construction was completed and provided unit discount for inconvenience that we appreciated. We would definitely rent unit again if available.

We booked this property for a two week stay. The photos on the listing looked amazing and we were looking forward to our visit. The morning before we were to fly down, we were told that the condo was undergoing construction and that one of the bedrooms was 'uninhabitable'. If we were going to use that room then the guest would have to sleep on an air mattress on the floor in a room with no electricity. Needless to say, we had to cancel our reservation - greatly disappointing us. The owner had to know that their condo was under going construction and never said anything in the listing. We believe that they waited until the very last minute hoping that we would settle for sub-par accomodations.

The condo was clean and spacious! The beach access and pool were perfect! The management company provided a great orientation as well as checking in during the week to see if we needed anything. The condo was equipped with EVERYTHING we could imagine using— from the kitchen to beach chairs and so many other things!
