The accomodation was was clean throughout very spacious for a family , ideal for location :, 15 mins walk to closest train station
The propery was advertised as having a back garden which we couldnt use as was very overgrown . The front garden had rubbish bags strewn all over it which had been attacked by birds

The apartment is great and it has everything you can ever ask for, fully equipped house. So spacious and great. The only thing would be nice is checkout being later and not 10am i did ask if we can check out at 12 even ask if we have to pay but no one responded so had to get out 10am, the stairs carpets have pins coming out so when you coming down be careful as it pokes your feet and the bathroom tap and kitchen tap smells may be needs cleaning with bleach. Apart from that all is well Beds are comfy and nice place.
Stairs, pins poking from carpet when coming down and smell of drain when using tap.

Spacious property. Complimentary tea and coffee. Prompt responses to any queries.
Would have benefitted from a second toilet and more mugs.

Very clean amazing house
There’s nothing I didn’t like

Location appropriate for our purpose. Spacious for a group of 6.
For 6 people, not enough dining chairs to sit at table, not enough wine glasses for 6. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied and no condiments such as salt&pepper, coffee supplied. No instructions for use of appliances, HWS

Nothing
Rubbish at property back and front. Lack of seating property not cleaned. 45 minute walk to Barry Island. Garden unusable. No lock on bathroom. Plaster coming of wall. Tall weeds in garden. Terrible.

very spacious and perfect house to stay in for beach days on Barry island / ideal for trips to Cardiff.
Missing small essentials; Could of done with being left with washing up liquid, washing up sponges, kitchen cleaner and extra tea towel.
Not enough kitchenware for the maximum amount of people the house holds.
Bin left outside with rubbish in, from previous stay I assume.
Could do with a welcome booklet that includes; what days the bins need to go out (for long stays). How to use the oven, where to find things in Barry and what’s on. etc etc etc
A tiny bit more care in cleaning and tidying. The house as a whole was tidy and clean just needs fine tuning. for example under the beds were not clean and you could tell they hadn’t been checked.
Could do with a hoover being left out just for a quick once over whilst there, again for longer stays (especially with a toddler)

the size was good, and served its purpose for our stay, however there is not enough seating, just a small sofa
when we arrived, the property had not been cleaned, just fresh linen on the beds but that was it, cooker, carpets and kitchen sides still dirty, and the toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned. food still on pans and dishes. rubbish hadn’t been removed, just left in both gardens.
the carpet through out the house, mainly the stairs is so worn out that you are continually getting pricked by the carpet grips (very unsafe).
the management company assured me a call back once they had called the cleaners but this didn’t happen. 3 messages ignored.
huge crack in the wall downstairs with plaster falling off.
bath panel so badly damaged that it has become dangerous especially for young children ( we had our 2 toddlers).
no lock on bathroom door.
read garden has not been maintained for a long time, grass was super long and brambles everywhere. again , dangerous for young children, the enclosed garden was why we chose this property but had to lock the back door to stop our children going out there .
more seating is required, each evening , most of us had to sit on the floor as there is just one small sofa

Everything about the house great.

we stayed at this property in June last year! clean and near to relatives
entering the property we could smell cannabis! the smell was strong! parts of the wall in the kitchen was falling off! mess still over the floor! we had to get a family member to sort out heating! Cobwebs, one toilet roll, no shower mat!
3.4
it was clean, warm, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Nice, quiet location, enough plates, bowls and mugs. Also liked the tea, coffee etc and mini wine welcome pack
This property has bedroom capacity for at least 6 guests but only 3 wine glasses, 2 gin glasses, 4 dining chairs and one 3 seater sofa. It is self catering accommodation but basic essentials were lacking, no bottle opener, no grater, not even a dish cloth but worst of all, no tin opener! There were no mirrors or dressing tables in any of the bedrooms, making getting ready to go out quite a challenge. There was no information provided about the property (heating, TV etc) or the surrounding area eg. restaurants, other facilities and attractions. The kitchen is enormous and would have benefited from a dishwasher rather than a tumble dryer.

Very spacious, clean with all the facilities you need for a family staying.
The heating was on for our arrival.
The furniture is of a very good quality and ample towels. The complimentary toiletries are a lovely touch as is the tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
We would stay again 😊
If I have to have a negative it is there was no lock on the bathroom door.

Very clean and comfortable. Good layout. Good quality. Well equipped. We may well be back. Very good value.
Need a House Guide to cover operation of heating and water (hot was cold and vice versa), how to use the TV, disposal of rubbish, and operation of Wifi , etc.

I was slightly annoyed on arrival to find that I was unable to gain entry to the property as I was not given the key box code having already given an approximate arrival time, I even rang about an hour and a half prior to arrival to confirm my time to say my wife would answer my mobile on my behalf as I was driving, This was then given to me when I rang on arrival First impressions on the property the front paved and gritted area could do with some weeding. Once inside the property I was impressed how well presented the property was, the kitchen was excellently kitted out, although no dishwasher as stated there was a slight problem on opening and closing the right side patio door to the garden, which needed a bit of TLC and the grass weeded and cut. Our next problem was it seems the property had very recently been carpeted as the were a couple of place where the carpet had come away from the gripper at the room divider to the kitchen and doorway on the upstairs landing, also there there were still some of the fixing tacks coming through the carpet on the stairs. While I don't wish this to be a negative review more a constructive review to enable further guests to enjoy the property as we did. Another point I feel a handrail of some sort to help with access to the shower would be a help with perhaps some form of shower mat as not everyone likes to stand directly under the shower, a lock for the bathroom door would not go amiss also a couple of towel rails.. A shortfall we found (there were six of us) only 4 chairs at the dining table, same in the lounge insufficient seating for everyone. A few more cleaning bits would be handy especially some bleach, also a Vacuum Cleaner of some sort. Some waste bins in rooms would be handy. With regard to waste there seemed to be no recycling or facility to dispose of waste , we did manage to have some bags of our own to keep cardboard, glass, plastic and household waste seperate.
See above, this is a constructive review to enhance future guests. We really did enjoy our stay
