The property was lovely. All the finishes I would expect in a luxury mountain home. The kitchen had everything we needed and very clean. We had plenty of towels and linens. The only drawback was the proximity to Interstate 70. Otherwise, great place.

Great location for visiting with family in the Frisco, Breckenridge areas

We loved this house! We cook big meals at night when we travel and this kitchen had everything we needed from pots, pans, mixing bowls, crockpots, etc. We did not have to go to the store for extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc. The house was well stocked. The location is great as it is close to shopping and to the highway. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The game room was great for our kids and every bedroom had a tv if people wanted to get away from the group. We will stay here again for sure!!!

Three families who do not get to see each other often enough decided to spend a ski weekend together. This house suited us perfectly as the adults had our space while the kids had not only 1, but 2 spaces where they could hang out with each other. The house was very well kept, well stocked, and it was great to have a comfortable quiet place to return to after a great day of skiing.

This property was built with the highest quality building products. The house has many common areas that made it easy for my family and friends to spreadout and unwind after a day of skiing. The location is great situated between all the great ski areas. Our host, Virginia, also provided many extras like coffee and granola bars. I would definitely rent again.

We stayed for the weekend with another family, 4 adults and 5 kids, and the house was a wonderful fit. The kids loved all the spaces for them to hang out including the hidden room, pacman game, and bumper pool. The adults loved that the kids were happy and hanging out in a different part of the house. The beds were comfortable. The extra bed options they had helped prevent fights over who slept where, and there was definitely room for more people. The only suprise was the lack of hot tub, but there was enough other things to keep most people happy and the jacuzzi tub is lovely.

The house was so beautiful and cozy with amazing mountain views. We had 12 people which included 5 kids between 5 - 9 and and 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the cave room. It was perfectly located on 70 so you could jump on to ski Vail, Beaver Creek and Breck was under 20 minutes. There were stores, restaurants etc. within minutes. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay again.

Home had everything we needed and was very spacious. The listing had included a Hot Tub being part of the rental, but the hot tub turned out to be the jacuzzi tub in the primary suite. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Our family enjoyed our weekend stay in this well equipped home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The Oktoberfest tables and benches in the garage were so nice to use for our own mini Oktoberfest in the backyard Saturday afternoon. Virginia was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. This home was definitely a great find!

We met in Frisco for a family reunion, we drove in from Texas. Checking in and out was a breeze, the house was well stocked, we had all the utensils we needed to cook our meals. There was enough room for us all to find a good place to sit and relax. Of course the weather was great, my girls and I walked from the house to downtown.. The house was very clean, the neighborhood was calm and quiet. We will stay here again if we find ourselves in Frisco.

We were a family of 11 and this house was great! Virginia, the host, was very accommodating to our needs. The location of this house was close to go on hikes, shops, restaurants, and gorgeous view to sit outside with a cup of coffee. We have an 8 and 5 year old boys and they loved the arcade room, bunk beds and having s’mores by the campfire! The only thing I would say is that the upstairs bedrooms get hot and stuffy at night. Always had the windows and fan on to try and have air movement. Also, the air is dry and I brought humidifiers for the upstairs rooms which really helped. I highly recommend this house!! We all had a great vacation! Would definitely go back to this house!

We absolutely loved this property. Everything about our stay was wonderful. It's clean, beautifully decorated (even had a Christmas tree) and has Everything you need. Lots of space and fun things to do rec room with game table and pac man arcade was a big hit..The beds are very comfortable and the hosts could not be better. If you have children traveling with you there is a sledding hill nearby and the owners provided saucers to use. All photos are accurate and you will be delighted if you rent there. There were 12 of us and we all enjoyed that gorgeous home and location.
