The backyard is accessible by the long term tenant in the guest house. While the tenant’s use of the backyard space is minimal and infrequent, guest interaction could occur.

They say go where the locals are. Historic downtown is certainly that hub of activity offering an abundance of must-do activities including self-guided walking tours, restaurants, attractions, brewery trail, art galleries, boutiques, and outdoor outfitters.
Venture south of the tracks to the evolving revitalization of the Southside Historic District featuring eclectic dining selections ranging from made-to-order hot dogs to award-winning gourmet. Many restaurants, breweries and shops are located in charming restored buildings from the 1890s.
This residential neighborhood is within a block and a half of a specialized wine store, a specialized liquor store, bike shops, sports bars, coffee shops, bike rental shop, ski and snowboard rentals shops, grocery store, restaurants, gas station, a walk-in urgent care, the Flagstaff Medical Center and more. It’s right on the route to Arizona Snowbowl and the Grand Canyon. This is your perfectly centrally located home.
Getting Around:
Free parking in the driveway! To get around town, you always have the option to drive, although because of the close proximity, I would suggest walking or biking.

First thing I noticed is that the front and the back yard are very messy: piles of leaves and sticks on a broken road, some old dirty paper plates randomly laying in the backyard.
The location is okay, but the house is right on a busy street.
The rooms are tiny, with large broken sliding closet doors.
The doors in some of the rooms don’t shut at all, had to keep them open.
Entire upstairs is heating up like crazy during the day, so it’s impossible to stay there. The AC doesn’t cool it. The floors are uneven and the sink is falling apart in the bathroom and overall the whole place looks like it was done unprofessionally.
The mudroom had trash juice spilled on the floor and it smelled.
On the other hand it had towels, bedsheets, laundry and kitchen ware, also it’s dog friendly, but you have to pay extra for each dog.
Overall, the place is extremely overpriced. I would be happy if I only paid half, because that is what it’s worth.

The house suited us perfectly as there were rooms for all 8 of us. The living room, dining area and kitchen were attractive and comfortable. We all give this location a thumbs up. Clean, well thought out, comfortable.

House was great. Yard was a bit disheveled, but it's spring time so maybe that will change as the weather warms. Loved being able to walk to downtown and a grocery store. We were able to park 3 full sized vehicles off the street...Bonus!!

My family from Canada were not expecting to be snowed in the first day…but we had a great time as this place is loaded with all kinds of board games and TV options. This house has everything one needs for a comfy stay…and l mean everything! This house although our second choice ( our first host cancelled 2 weeks previously) as we would prefer to be in the country was so nice that l would like to bring more guests later on… hopefully not in the winter 🥶. Thank Jordan for getting us settled and the suggestions as to things to see and visit while we were there. We had a great time!

Great location, deceptively big! Worked well with 15 people.

Can’t Beat Location, Tons Of Room
We are definitely planning to stay here again! It’s walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and close to downtown. Easy to get to off of 17, as well. It’s a deceivingly large house - plenty of room for the whole family. It’s an older renovated house, but the appliances and fixtures were all new. Great gated-in patio in the back for our dogs. Only negative was the bathroom upstairs is really tight.
