Wouldn't stay again.

Easily accessed from highway. Good location for what we were doing. Clean enough room. Parking was easy. Good hot water for the shower. Friendly desk staff.

AC was loud and still didn't do a good job. The room felt humid and sticky. The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately we will not ever stay there again

My husband did like the breakfast had a good variety.

The hotel is very dated for the prices being charged. You can tell people used to smoke in the rooms still has that stale smell. If you are allowing pets you should not have Carlton the rooms. THE BATHROOM SHOWER AREA IS VERY SMALL.

A pretty good hotel.

Clean facility, friendly staff, decent breakfast. I appreciated that it had an elevator.

The bed wasn’t very firm. Made my lower back hurt the next morning. At the end of the day the mattress makes or breaks the quality of your stay.

If you are visiting Flagstaff this is a great place to stay.

The staff was friendly and professional, room was spacious, pool was clean and heated, and the breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here.

I could only stay one night.

Mike and breakfast buffet was very good. Mike is so friendly as he meets everyone's needs and maintains a very clean and stocked breakfast buffet. Mike is a huge asset to this property. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful

Very grey and stained linens and towels. Dirty looking Beds were old and mushy. Beds were not queen size .. were full or doubles.

we were in downstairs room and could hear upstairs residents walking louldly . No ones fault. Just an old motel with not much insul in ceiling.

It was an amazing place to stay!

i like that the breakfast buffet room was separated from the hotel and it was like eating in a restaurant. Very room. They also had an area designated for our four legged family members. The pool was also spectated from the hotel which gave us some privacy while we swam.

The spa didn’t work.

Anniversary weekend getaway

The hotel is close to everything needed but still on the outskirts so you don’t feel so cramped downtown. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Couch was uncomfortable. The front door would drag against the carpet which made it difficult opening and closing. We didn’t say anything as it was more of an inconvenience than a complaint.

Stayed 3 nights no housekeeping . Small trash can in room so trash was overflowing. Bath tub drain was VERY slow so always standing water. We were told we could bot receive our Brst Western reward points because we booked thru Booking.com and the hotel has to pay 15% connisiob because if that

the room had a bit of a musty smell but it is an old building.

Breakfast was good, coffee was quite good for hotel coffee, Room fair, bed fair. Within walking distance of some good restaurants.

Bathroom door squeaked badly and the AC is very noisy (had to shut it off to get any sleep).

Sofa bed broke my back...mattress was to thin. I returned from dinner to find out the night clerk locked me out of my room away from my dogs because I hadn't sign a pet waiver!! Yes my dogs may have barked when I left the property to find dinner. But she knocked on the door which got them barking even more! Then turned around and charged me $50 for the barking she was responsible for! Just so unfair! My credit card was charged immediately before I even checked out! Like I was some criminal or something! I didnt get her name.. One thing I will never stay at a Best Western again!!
