The place needs some tlc, its moldy, and the smell of mildew and mold is very overwhelming. There is water coming up from the floors from almost every room downstairs. All you have to do is walk and water comes up. They know its damp because they have a dehumidifier in the downstairs. It has to be emptied less than every 12 hours. The ac doesn't work properly, we had to contact the office to get a temporary fixed to keep the house cool, we also had to purchase fans to help keep the air flowing throughout the cabin. It was a very hot. My father sat on a dining chair and the spring popped and cut my father on the back of his leg real bad. He is not a heavy man at all. I took pictures of the cabin upon arriving and throughout our stay. I could understand if it one or 2 things wrong but it was continuous with the issues. There is black mold on the downstairs bathroom walls, and bedroom walls near the base boards. We also had to clean anything we used in the kitchen as it was not clean. You can tell the cabin is not cared for or cleaned properly. I do feel like for the price it was very misleading advertised on vrbo. The hot tub was not clean. The dryer wouldn't dry the clothes, and when using the washer the clothes smelled mildewy after. I would not recommend this cabin. Especially if you are sensitive to mold, it can cause serious health issues. My sister had a very hard time breathing while staying. There are alot of wasp/ hornets nest around the pavilion.

Loved the exterior of the cabin itself but the lawn wasn’t mowed. Inside was clean but had a musty old smell, the kitchen had leftover groceries in the cabinets. Just a bit to remote for me

Very nice cabin for family, grass could have been cut and water pressure in upstairs bathroom could use some work. Family enjoyed overall stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
