It was neat tidy and quirky. A lovely place to stay.
All was awesome.
4.0
The location was absolutely perfect for our pickleball tournament at Wodson Sports centre and even better to be in the middle of Ware with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. The layout inside was fun. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge. Parking is a 60 second walk away.
The outside entrance to the property is untidy and dirty. We didn’t have a cloth to wash the dishes with and no tea towel to dry the dishes

The apartment was nice inside. Kitchen had all needed appliances.
Bed was hard and got a few bites from bugs throughout the night

Central location, clean accommodation, comfortable beds.
Daniel was kind to let us check in earlier and had good communication by WhatsApp.
The flat is on several levels with a single step here and there, which should be marked by a bright tape or similar along the edges, as it's a death trap for anyone with slightly poor eyesight. My elderly mother took a terrible fall 2 steps into the accommodation and judging by the red (blood like) stains on the wall where she fell, she probably wasn't the first to do it.
The batteries in the TV remote control were dead but after replacing them, we were still unable to use the TV because we needed to go online and register with a code. There was no manual inside the apartment giving any useful information.
We stayed one night in August and it still felt/smelt damp and chilly in there.
Shower cubicle is very small so not suitable for a tall person but at least it was powerful enough and water hot enough. Note, Toilet and shower is downstairs away from the bedrooms.
We paid £195 which I felt was extortionate for what we got.

Absolutely great service from the moment of booking. Lovely little apartment wonderfully decorated. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and kind staff - they let us arrive and check-in earlier.
Apartments are amazing, well furnished and comfortable.
Very clean! Great stay!
The entrance is a bit hidden - no sign indicates the direction (the door is not on the street, it's in a back yard).

One of the three "beds" was okay.
We liked the fact that we only booked this place for two nights so we could leave quickly.
Fresh milk in the fridge.
My booking confirmation clearly showed a 100 square meter apartment and what we found on location was probably less than half!
The owner obviously has two flats next door to each other and the photos shown on booking.com do NOT match the flat we were using. Taking advantage of his knowledge, the owner somehow drove me to arguably agree to take the SMALL flat (for the full price!) of which I was not remotely aware of. Later he even stated that it was my fault that I don´t want to admit! We exclusively stayed in 3 bedroom flats during our whole 15 day trip through the UK, so you can imagine what my search criteria looked like...
The flat was promoted as "luxury apartment" and what we found was most basic to say the least. Does a coffee machine, a small TV or two "build your own beds" qualify? There were unnumerable IKEA plastic plants all over the place, maybe that´s the luxury element there? The owner even asked if I was thinking that a one bedroom flat can have 100 sqm. Yes they can, please look it up for yourself on Rightmove or Zoopla! The bathroom was run down and tiny and the shower had issues with water amount and temperature. I am "only" 190 cm tall and I could not even see my neck in the bathroom mirror. 2 of the beds had to be "created" and one of them was in the kitchen. What a luxury. Sleeping there with single-glazed windows next to the main road of Ware provided a forgettable experience. On the first day, TV and internet didn´t work, the second day there was drilling and more "fancy" noise coming from next door flat construction! We found dirt and debris in places I don´t want to mention.
The poor parking and the nasty entrance area / neighbourhood situation were topics of other reviews here, so no need to repeat that.
Summary: Price-performance ratio was off the charts. Just the days before, we stayed in a much bigger and much much better nearby cottage for almost half the price!

Very friendly and helpful host, all very clean and comfortable and modern inside. Comfortable, cosy bed and a nice decor.
It would be good to have a table in an ideal world as I was trying to do some work on my laptop. Also, the bathroom had a funny smell.

Great location
Definitely not good value for money. A night here ended up being more expensive than a night in a central London hotel we stayed in the night before. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not suitable for 3 people. The drains in the bathroom smelled terrible.

Exactly as described quirky ! spotlessly clean fantastic location

Quirky, clean and comfortable apartment with all amenities you could need and the apartment was in a perfect location.
Difficult to sit straight on the toilet as it was small space.

Location was very useful - nice interesting apartment- best for two

good location with cafes and shops nearby. very clean apartment
The bed was a bit flimsy, the bathroom is quite small and the shower is not really hot, a little warm. No hair dryer. Also quite cold as single glazed windows but they provide electric heaters.

Beautiful and modern. Also the close to the train station, shops and the main town.
The only thing it was a bit cold in the flat.
5.0
cosy modern feel to a very old property with cute charm
nice comfy bed!
shame the local party goers chose to vomit and defecate in the courtyard but that is completely out of your hands!

super quirky but big enough easily for 4 adults

Location in the town was awesome. Close to the railway and all amenities.
Ware is very vibrant regarding entertainment in the town in the way of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. As seniors we found it a little too noisy on the Friday and Saturday evenings. The rest of our stay was much quieter. Superb fun for the younger generations. So much history surrounding Ware and local vicinity.

This property is a true gem in the heart of Ware. The property is very beautifully done to a very high standard. In the kitchen which is nice and big, there is everything you can imagine! The layout is very unusual and interesting the two bedrooms areas are far away from each other however there are no doors in between. Ideal for colleagues, single couples or parents with child(ren).
Overall it is a beautiful apartment where you can stay very comfortably for many many nights. The host is absolutely amazing and very easy to talk to! Highly recommend!
There was really nothing to not to like.
