On the edge of the historic and highly sought after 4th & Gill neighborhood, this home is less than a mile from Old City & a only a short drive to the hottest spots in downtown Knoxville. Custom designed by top interior designer, Brook Phillips, new updates highlight & preserve the unique character of this 1800's Knoxville home. Recently renovated with the goal of balancing true historic charm with a fresh and modern twist, this home features stately brick fireplaces, wide staircases with curved rail detail, shiplap and exposed brick walls, large windows, gorgeous natural light, and antique décor. Whether it's the vintage leaded glass windows in a bedroom, dual sided brick fireplace in the living room, or custom made stone style countertops, you're sure to find unexpected charm around every corner. This vintage character is complimented by modern twists that make each room feel different and unique. Fun rugs, arcade games, life sized indoor chess, comfortable bedding, and intentional layouts are sure to make this stunning space a home you'll want to return to again and again!
The home is stocked with all the amenities you'd find at an upscale hotel and then some. Chef's kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need to make a meal on the gas stovetop including pots, pans, toaster, microwave, salt and pepper, etc. The coffee bar features both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot with ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener. Whether it's a hair dryer you need, an iron and ironing board, shower essentials like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, fresh linens, luxurious towels, we've got you covered.

-Large foyer upon entry with stairs to access upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, and loft exercise room

We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:
-Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
-Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dish brush, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
-Coffee essentials: ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener

PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.

Unless you have received written permission, any unregistered guests will constitute the beginning of a party, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. Your account will also be reported and may be banned from the booking platform. Furthermore, we will pursue any and all legal measures afforded to us by law (in combination with the booking platform company) for any damage. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

This home is probably 100+ years old and has been updated with modern amenities and beautifully renovated. The morning light streaming in through the many windows and reflecting off of the white walls and bedding, allow the exposed brick and amazing hardwood floors to take center stage. It’s absolutely beautiful with an old world feel! The interior of this home is truly like something out of a design magazine.
But I’d say the biggest perk to this space is the ownership! We never met them, but the communication was the best of any place we’ve ever stayed. The neighborhood is going through a transition, so there’s construction across the street. When I mentioned that to the homeowner, he went and purchased white noise machines for each of the bedrooms and dropped them off at the house for us, while we were at the ballfield. That was such an attentive response, which we all really appreciated, because we didn’t hear the construction at all the second morning.

The house is in great shape and was clean. Instructions were clear and timely. access was quite easy. We were very happy to be able to stay together, my brothers family and I while we were in town to visit our brother that lives in TN. We had plenty of room and the rooms worked perfectly for us. everyone was very comfortable.

This house is absolutely adorable! Plenty of room for large groups, amazing kitchen, and great game room. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and would 100% book here again. We honestly spent the majority of our time hanging out on the front porch and when we weren’t there, you could find us all playing games in the living room. Overall great place to stay and great host!

Super spacious, we used all 7 bedrooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Enjoyed the game room and front porch. Mike the property manager was awesome and quick. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was nice and clean. The only negative things was that there was only two TVs in the whole house and there was no trash bags and no dishwashing soap to start the dishwasher when we left but other than that the house was nice and clean and just as described.

We are the clinical leadership of our hospice based here in Knoxville. We traveled from Missouri, Virginia, South Carolina, and West Tennessee to get some work done and to fellowship. This was the perfect environment. (i couldn't select "other" in the "who stayed here")

We had a wedding in Knoxville and we had three families that wanted to stay together. This was a perfect setup. The house gave plenty of room for everyone. The arcade games were also a hit! Location was also great. It was minutes away from everywhere we needed to be! Would gladly recommend for large groups!
