Gran hotel para descansar.

Cercanía a playas, restaurantes, paradero del Bus que te lleva al centro. La piscina deliciosa.! Las instalaciones en buen estado, el cuarto perfecto con su cocina e implementos , limpio, cama espaciosa, balcón con vista al mar.

1.El wi-fi gratuito solo permite usar whatsApp y el “bueno” tiene costo de 25 USD. Debería ser un servicio incluido con todo el costo que se paga de cuarto. (Pero bueno se va a descansar no a estar en internet) 2. Nunca se puede apagar el aire acondicionado. Toca dormir con cobija pesada.Adicional el aire te pega en la cara, la rejilla esta justo enfrente de la cama.

Terrible Customer Service

Location is great

We had problems with the way we have been treated. Absolute lack of customer service, never seen something like this before. We asked to speak to somene responsible for decision making but we got totally ingored. This have been the worst resort experience of our life. Also, rooms are very hold.

Perfect Beach vacation in every way.

beautiful Beachfront property. we’ll maintained, spacious, wonderful staff. great restaurants/good options at resort and do much in walking distance. best place!

the chair situation at the beach. almost impossible to get one unless you get there at 5am. sometimes earlier. no joke.

Overall an excellent stay

Location on beach was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Eduardo’s spot was our breakfast every morning

Superb

Loved the location of this resort! I traveled solo to Aruba and enjoyed that I had all the amenities I need right on the property or a close walk by! The staff was also very friendly and happy to help. The pools are beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away!

The only downside was that the property was doing construction during my stay. It was very noisy and disturbed the peaceful atmosphere of the beach. I would have like to have known this before booking my stay.

Playa Linda is a family paradise

we stay at the Playa Linda several times a year. The location is top notch with steps to the beach, great beach side bars and restaurants and awesome staff

The studio was a bit crowed and dark. and there was not good place to put luggage if only staying a couple of nights, other than one luggage stand. We had to put a suitcase on the coffee table as well. just seemed really crowded.

Not an actual hotel it’s a time share and super crowded

The location is amazing.

The problem with this hotel is that it is not a hotel. It is a time share condo that makes believe it is a hotel. The crowd is mostly retired people. The main activity is bingo by the pool every day from 12 to 1. The beach is super crowded and people literally get up at 3 AM to get the food cabanas. It’s ridiculous. It’s not a real Hotel. The staff at front desk was very unhelpful. The concierge was fine, the beach staff was wonderful. Jessie the security guard was amazing. The only nice thing about this place is Location and the beach restaurants which technically are not part of the resort. Would not stay here again many better options on Palm Beach.

Very good and close to a lot of stores.

For some reason one of the groundskeeper told my children two times to get out of the hot tub for no reason.

I think I overplayed after talking to some people.

It is not a 5 star resort like the Ritz, but for the price, it was very good. The staff is amazing!

The beach was gorgeous and quiet. The ocean water was extremely calm like a like. It was very easy to lay in the water on the float. The water isn't clear, although it is aqua colored. You cannot see your feet when standing in the water. It was much clearer 10 years ago. I enjoyed the adults only pool. The sunsets are GORGEOUS! The hotel has EVERYTHING you need at your fingertips from gift shops, to snacks, restaurants, etc. No need to taxi anywhere unless of course you want to view the whole island. . .then I recommend renting a car for the day. The main pool offers water aerobics in the morning. I loved that our room had a refrigerator, stove and coffeemaker. The pool lights up beautifully at night.

The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were not the most comfortable. They were all exactly the same, so I couldn't find one I liked. I did not like waking up at 5:30am to reserve a front row beach hut, but I'm told that being up early is the ONLY way to get front row on the beach. . . .so I did it.. . .everyday! Beware. . . Lots of kids at the main pool! (which is great if you you have young ones). The main pool is on the small side for the size of the hotel. It should be bigger than it is.
