We had a fun time enjoying the view and playing board games plus outdoor pursuits. Thanks for sharing your home.

The property was clean and just as advertised. The house was beautiful and quirky. We wished the fireplace was in working order, but spent most of our time in the kitchen space anyway. The kitchen area was excellent for family bonding time with dinner and board games. There was a massive snowstorm the day we checked out and it was obvious that the roads had been plowed and cared for all morning so we had no trouble getting out.

Wonderful experience having the old meets new amenities. The view is incredible. Pictures do not do it justice. Loved having my morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise. The wood stoves provided enough warmth for both spaces. Looks like the owners are continuing to make improvements. The location is ideal for skiers with mount snow within ten minutes away. The local thrift store was a hidden gem. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool! Definitely would recommend to others.

What a great little getaway we had. The house was clean and cozy. We had the added surprise of seeing it snow. I can’t get over the amazing view. Waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise was a delight. The rooms were all spacious, beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. Like another reviewer said it was nice to lounge in the barn but also have space to yourself if you desire. The decor was tastefully done. The renovations really bring a modern meets rustic vibe. Loved all the artwork, it is nice to see that the owners have a beautiful collection.
The location was great, conveniently located close to Mount Snow and the local brewery had great food and good beer. The town down the road was filled with great little shops and restaurants.
We are eagerly waiting for the weather to warm up so we can book another stay when the pool is open and enjoy that beautiful deck. I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

This is the perfect house if you’re looking for a group get away. With 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, everyone in your crew will be comfortable.
What I love most about this house (besides the view/kitchen) is how it’s laid out. On one side, you have a rustic barn, refinished and restored with a giant TV and 3 bedrooms. On the other side of the house, you have another 2 bedrooms, with their own bathrooms and own living room/den. The two areas are separated by the kitchen, so while one group might be watching a movie in the barn, the other group can be playing card games/reading in the den without being bothered. The house is well decorated and furnished, with artwork which looks like it’s all been painted by the same person (probably the owner?)
The pool area is also amazing, though when we stayed it was too cold to use. It looks like the owners are building a new deck alongside the pool too, Im excited to check this out next time.
As for the surrounding areas, it’s an 11 min drive to Mount Snow. There’s also a great brewery right down the hill, Snow Republic, amazing chicken sandwiches. If you’re looking for something more fancier, there’s the Hermitage Inn (the wagyu is worth it).
We’ll be back.

The views are spectacular with grand views from almost all the rooms in the house. Beautiful kitchen space facing the views and the hosts are wonderful.

The house was beautiful and the location is spectacular. There were some difficulties obtaining the check in code from the management company. Check out time is also really and not flexible.

I stayed at this beautiful house with 10 other people and it was the perfect size for 11 people. The house was very clean and the views are better than I imagined. We stayed at this house in the beginning of February, the temperatures had dropped to the negatives and the heat inside the house was broken. We spent a full night and day in the cold house with no heat. We had to wear jackets and hide under covers for heat. Luckily the property manager had someone come fairly quick and fix the issue. Other than the heat issue, our stay was amazing and the house is great. I would definitely recommend staying here.. during the summer.

House is just as pictured and in beautiful condition. Large enough for 6 adults, plenty of room to spread out and also come together. Cannot say enough about the amazing views - sunrises are particularly lovely. 10 mins drive to the town of Dover and 15 to Mt. Snow. We didn't go to Stratton, but that is close enough as well. Only potential downside is proximity to the road if you have pets or children, but it is manageable. Would love to go in the summer!

We loved the location, views were spectacular and house had all needed modern conveniences but kept character of an older home!

Home needs a major cleaning and have a contractor go through home repairing things from entrance doors that do not lock to adding screens.

We hope to come back soon!
