Sin lugar a dudas mi nueva casa en Bacalar

Para quienes buscamos paz , tranquilidad, lujo y confort es el lugar ideal..Tienen poco personal pero su actitud de servicio del.personal lo compensa , especialmente el Sr..Lauro que a pesar que està en restaurant y alberca rs realmente diligente , mismo caso con la chica de recepcion de la tarde ( estuvo tarde del domingo ) La vista de la habitacion increible, el tamaño adecuado con balcon y hamaca. Se mota es un hotel nuevo y eso tiene como plus que sus instalaciones estan en perfecto estado , las camas geniales , los paseos pagos a los cenotes excelente y como broche de oro la comida sin duda exquisita y las porciones correctas .El chef es un valor agregado.Las bebidas igual excelentes. No senti nada de ruido de la calle como lei. Tienes kayaks gratis

Solo por decir algo el restaurant le falta vida y sus muebles y sillas los mas incomodos ( falta mejorar ese detalle para que gusto comer alli ) el lounge desaprovechado , el spa no lo use porque creo es en ese mismo lugar y no un lugar aparte. Por otro lado deben mejorar el tema de las personas que aoartan todos los camastros y nidos y ni estan alli.

Hotel con gran potencial la mejor vista de la en tiempos de atención muy tardados y pésimo Internet.

Definitivo la atencion de meseros lo mejor y lo mas rescatable, el diseño del hotel es formidable, la vista inigualable.

Recepcion no tiene capacidad de resolucion, solo atencion. El servicio de espera de cocina es malo y eterno. Falta sin duda un gerente, el dueño (segun trabajadores) invita gente y el gerente prioriza la atencion de estos en servicio ante el cliente. El internet es muy malo. Considero que el hotel tiene un gran potencial sin embargo la esencia del hotel tiene que verse inspirada en la instrucción de un gerente de calidad que busque el servicio eficiente no sólo cordial. No es calidad pagar por una habitación un precio alto que lo vale, sin que cuiden detalles como apartado de camas o sillas en áreas comunes. Como si fuera hotel de baja calidad. No es bueno ver botanas y papas que los clientes llevan en áreas comunes. Le quita el estilo a la calidad del hotel.

Would highly recommend / Lagoon view definitely a must

We loved the spacious clean beautifully furnished room. The hotel was immaculate and had a peaceful calming way about it. Views over the lagoon were impressive. Food & drinks at the bar / restaurant were great.

Great stay! Beautiful hotel. The room and view was amazing as well as the common areas including the deck to jump direct

Everything! Not least the service by the personnel (see the rest of the recommendation)

Nothing bad. Few suggestions to improve on the almost perfect: Include bathrobes in bedroom, improve breakfast menu, incl. boat trip on lagoon.

Es un lugar maravilloso, con una atención y calidez del personal insuperable

Los alimentos y bebidas, en general muy bien, el personal muy atento y servicial. La ubicación es muy buena y la vista a la laguna es espectacular

El tamaño de terraza es muy pequeño para acomodar jacussi, hamaca, mesa y sillas. Se siente muy amontonado

Staff were kind and helpful but don’t be in a hurry to get anything here.

A really nice property,close to the lake with lovely views.The staff were very kind.

The service was terrible, long waits for anything ordered and mostly wrong food delivered.The prices for food and drinks were exorbitant.

lovely views and great rooms. also some kayaks we could use in the lake which was great. restaurant served some nice food too

location was good for the views but quite far from town. the pool was in the shade and felt a bit uncared for - didn’t matter too much as had the lake but felt a bit wasted

Great hotel if you don’t have a problem if sound doesn‘t bother you

the location itself is placed right at the lagoon but a car is needed to get into bacalar which is a 10 min drive. the hotel is new, beds are comfortable and view from the balcony is amazing and the service is impecable.

It is extremely loud due to two reasons: First it is build with only concrete making it exactly echoey. we could hear the staff from early morning to late evening. Our room, even though it was one of the better rooms, was located right across the kitchen. unfortunately the doors leave a slit at the bottom making it even worse. second, they have music on from 7:30 am to 10 pm. the party music made it impossible to get rest so we tried to not spend too much time at the hotel.

Superb

Very special internal decoration and architexture. The service was peefect and polite.

The access to the lagune was blocked - the hotel painted the woodwork and stairs and we could not have a swim in the lagune.

Exceptional

Fantastic, beautiful hotel. Our room was perfect, very well equipped with a gorgeous view. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful both at reception, at the lower deck and at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner). Food was great, both breakfast and dinner. We loved the complimentary kayaks which we used every morning. We have already recommended this hotel to friends, and we will definitely be back!

lovely accommodation and relaxing stay in Bacalar

Amazing view right on the lagoon and on a cenote, all bedrooms face the lagoon as well which is nice. Unrestricted view onto lagoon with loungers. All the staff are very friendly.

Location is too far to walk to town so you need a bike / car /taxi to go in and out for alternative restaurants etc The swimming pool wasn’t amazing, but not really needed given the lagoon.

fabulous stay directly on the lake

amazing views from all rooms of the lake, especially of the sunrises which at Bacalar are spectacular. great staff and amazing food / drink at the restaurant.

nothing, it is slightly away from the main town which didn’t bother us but for those looking to walk to bars etc it maybe wouldn’t be so convenient
