It was good, I liked it.

The breakfast was good and very kind ladies serving. The hotel was far from my conference venue, so I would recommend now that there is another Jupiter Hotel branch to include that formation in oder to guide the customers when booking depending with their purposes in Addis. Thank you.

Located close to the airport, the Jupiter Hotel makes for easy access and a fast enough transfer. The staff are friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great Hospitality

For me, the hospitality extended by each staff member, from the shuttle driver to the reception and restaurant personnel, was exceptional. It was a wonderful first-time introduction to the friendliness of Ethiopian culture. The hotel did very well in customer service as early as my booking the reservation many months prior. Businesses should be reminded that with good customer service, any minor negative can be overlooked or forgiven. Great job, Jupiter!

The only negative (which I'm willing to forgive because the service that I received was excellent) is the music that could be heard from outside through my window until quite late at night. The music was a good taste of Ethiopian culture for sure, but it was so loud it could be heard in the room. After a long international flight, sometimes you just want to rest calmly in quiet peace.

Perfect

I enjoyed my stay at Jupiter Hotel, their staffs were great, polite and respectful, the room was as I expected, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was perfect with a lot of varieties.

Good rest for weekend trip.

Very good hotel close by to airport with excellent kitchen and very helpfull staff. Also location was convenient for tours around. Reception, waitress, door men, were doing fantastic job to take care about client. Very covenient free airport pick up.

Room view could be better, but this is not drastic obstacle, while lots construction in Addis going around.

I like this hotel, stayed in a transit for one day. - 🤫 Quite and Clean - ✈️Near to the Airport - 🚌 Free Airport Shutter - 🍍 Breakfast was superb - 🤝🏽 Very Friendly Staff

They're two hotels with "Jupiter" name, the "Bole" one is next to the Airport and very beautiful, while I didn't like the other one. The driver took us by mistake to the far one.

Great Stay

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff was great. Just want to highlight Natnael, our server at breakfast. The property was also close to shops supermarket restaurants etc.

On our first day they seemed to be doing some renovation and a workman barged into our room to do something at the window.......he was there for like 10mins.

A great choice in Addis Ababa

This was my second stay the Jupiter - Bole so I knew what to expect. So after a long struggle with the COVID induced shutdown, it is once again open and seemingly beginning to flourish again. The hotel is located just a 15 minute drive from Bole Airport and there are several restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel also has a good restaurant and serves an excellent breakfast, buffet-style. The staff is very well trained, professional, and helpful

nothing, really, which is why I chose to stay there again, after a 3-year absence.

From my long time hotels experience, this hotel is my number one choice because of they have familiar service. Jupiter international hotel is best hotel to stay with family, me and my family were staying for the last four weeks in Bole branch and it feels like we were home specially for my doughter. We get an special treatment which is focused in our needs, which is fast feedback which considering our questions, Clean room with an affordable price, healthy and good food, Experienced waiters with a beautiful 😍 smile, very friendly and nice guards. Finally i would like to appreciate receptionists because they were providing for our every answersre and we are delighted by every employees specially in the name of our 8 years doughter, becouse they respected her request and did everything whats best to her and we would like to thank you so much!

Amazing staff, average hotel

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

Loud music coming from a pub nearby, not to mention the construction site just next to the hotel. Works start at 8am on Sunday. Enjoy!!
