I was not able to go. I tried to cancel and get a refund within 24 hours of booking. Hotel.com told me they needed Baymont's consent to refund me. Baymont told me it was Hotel.com consent to refund me...in the end...I received no refund... Hotels.fom contacted me after 24 hours and said they still hadn't heard from the hotel (Baymont) and would be back in contact with 48 hour, still no word! AND no refund!!

The stay started out good but turned bad quickly. Check in was easy and we immediately wanted to use the sauna & hot tub. Sauna did not work at all, no light inside and didn’t heat. We asked for more towels as they only provide two small towels per person, was told nothing was available until the morning. Bathroom plug kept turning off power to living area, called front desk girl came down pushed the buttons on the plug, power came back on but we continued to have issues the rest of the trip. Bed springs were coming out of the mattress so it was squeaking this a bad night sleep both nights.. Next morning we asked again we’re told not available, then asked two more times desk clerk & housekeeping were unwilling to help us. Finally we went down to housekeeping took towels that were on the cart, later desk clerk asked if we got any we told him we got tired of waiting and took our own! We then ventured to breakfast, very little variety, coffee was empty and roaches climbing the walls! Gave breakfast another shot the next morning, dirty floors, tables, counters and food was not replenished uou could see it was the days before. When we checked out fri t desk didn’t even acknowledged us , until I said I was checking out, didn’t bother to ask how our stay was. Needless to say it was a horrible experience so DO NOT stay at this hotel!!

The check in went smooth however after returning to rooms after a show we noticed it was invested with roaches! I have pics and video and demanded a refund! We checked out at 1:11am and drove an hour back home. Disturbing. Was told to contact Amit for the refund. Called this morning and he is not in.:( I WILL be calling back till I get my money back. So disturbing.

Room was clean. Happy to see no carpeting, but wood-look vinyl. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was really loud. Electrical outlets need updating--plugs fell out of outlets easily. Even with updated sink, faucet in bathroom; it still was depressing with a dirty-looking nonslip pad in tub and a torn shower curtain. There was one tiny soap bar--nothing for shower. Sloppy painting with a very ugly blue and wall touch ups were bad. We won't be staying here again.

Toilet was improperly repaired prior to us arriving. No coffee pot, ice bucket or cups in room. A weird rule about having to have a wrist band for pool use, but didn't give wrist bands out. Breakfast was mediocre. They wanted a security deposit of $60 prior to check in, and they kept it for a dirty room (it just needed vacuumed).

Very close to shopping, restaurants within walking distance...front desk he was nice but nothing more than a hello, check in here's your room.. The room had no coffee maker (bring my own anyway) the cement under the carpet felt like was all broken up, when the AC came on it smelled like urine, our blanket was dirty and could not get it changed until the next day..Walls around the hot tub were filthy..liner of the pool felt like you were waking on a sponge...you get what you pay for...

Gave me a hard time about inviting family to swim when I asked for more bracelets for the pool. I was basically threatened my card would be charged if I tried. I’ve never had a feeling less like family than what this place gave us. I won’t be returning for this reason alone.

Our room had bed bugs. Had to be switched to another room. Then our second room had no electrical outlets that worked and our TV didn’t worked. Around 1am everything finally worked. Won’t stay again. Only started 1 night. Refused to stay 2 nights.

I stayed here two weekends both times I ended up killing roaches. The first time I advised the front desk of the roach issues and also the mold growing on the shower curtain. If you don't wear socks on the carpet in the room your bottoms of your feet will turn black. It was the cheaper hotel in the area but until the roach problem is taken care of and deep cleaning I will not be staying again.

I've never felt so much pee scent in my life than in that hotel. It smelled awful in the room, we had to ask to be changed. I have my concerns about the sheets being clean. The breakfast was good and so was the pool area. The front desk staff is amazing, though.

I was very glad it had a spa. The desk clerk was very helpful with our questions about the area (what to do in the area) and our needs. They only draw back was the cleanliness and service for the breakfast. The person in charge of that was terrible at this job. Good that should have been hit was ice cold coming from the kitchen. She did not clean tables or the food area.

The room (and hallway) had a moldy/musty odor. Our bathroom smelled strongly of urine. We bought air fresheners and it masked it some but it still lingered. Staff was friendly. We didn’t have the option of switching hotels due to time constraints or we would have.

I was early checking in my vehicle broke doen so i got a ride and theybwanted more money for a couole hrs check in. Almost as much as the one night stay costs. I waited the couple hrs but was less than impressed as the parking lot was completely empty and the hotel never filled or even close to filled. Overall for the price i suppose it omwas ok

We was in a room facing the highway. Very noisy we didn't get any sleep non stop 24/7 construction. Ice machine was outside our door making all kinds of noise. Beds where uncomfortable and the a/c heat made all kinds of racket. Not enough breakfast for the amount of customers.We checked out a day early and will not be back
