I have stayed at all of the Sybaris and this was my first time staying at Belamer. Belamere had its good and bad I liked the fact that I could order food anytime and it would be brought to my room. The pool was nice and warm. When they say breakfast included that is not true. They bring a dry muffin and a orange juice. The part that will cause me to NEVER be back was after sleeping on the bed my back hurt for two days after. They need to upgrade the mattress.

Staff was amazing. I started to have some sort of reaction to the bedding. We had to leave. My eyes swelled up and I couldn’t stop coughing and sneezing. Room was beautiful otherwise.

Though the beds are EXTREMELY high… Like, I had to almost have a running start to jump on the bed… the rest of the stay was wonderful. The customer service (following the first phone call, because that chick was rude) was GREAT. We’ve been to Sybaris many times & Belamere Suites attention to detail, customer service & amenities blow the competition out of the water!

What a well kept room . I enjoyed how secluded it was . The staff was super awesome and friendly. They go over and beyond to make sure there guest are comfortable. Our 30th celebration was just right .

From the moment we showed up everyone made us feel at home. They were all genuinely excited to see us. Breakfast wasn’t a big meal but it was enough. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Definitely going back.

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed at. First of all you have privacy, a single garage and great service just a phone call away. When we ordered take out, we actually got brought actual plates and silverware, and in the morning our breakfast delivered to our suite was great, not to mention the fresh baked cookies and milk we added to our room service. The fireplace is amazing and the shower and jacuzzi tub, awesome. I felt spoiled and know I want to stay at hotels just like this one. I highly recommend this place. Great staff and great service.

Did not like the fact there was not extra locks on the doors, Kalahari and great Wolf Lodge give you that extra sense of privacy and security knowing a worker or maintenance person can't just use an extra key and walk in on your romantic getaway. Also could hear neighbors blasting porn and golf carts flying by side door numerous times. But the room was clean, very nice. Customer service was fantastic.

I surprised my husband by driving up to the Belamere Suites and the look on his face when I opened the door was priceless. We both were in awe of our suite. I had seen photos but they do not do the suite justice, you have to see it to appreciate the details. My husband called this a Romantic Getaway. The staff exceeded all my expectations. We phoned for breakfast at 10am and a few minutes before 10 our breakfast arrived warm. Thanks for an unforgettable anniversary we will definitely return soon.

We had the ultimate room. It was nice and quiet. You get your own garage, which was a surprise for us. The bed and pillows were awesome. The TV Swivelled so you could watch it from anywhere in the room. The jacuzzi worked. It was clean and smelled clean. Everyone was real nice.
