It was clean and quiet. I’d hoped for a complimentary breakfast , 24 coffee and a microwave on room.

Everything was clean, and the process of checking and out was super simple. Would book again!

I needed some alone time to heal myself from a family tragedy. So i decided to go to Medieval Times which is next door to this hotel.

Bed was comfy although there was a stain on the bedding we realized was there after having already slept. Shower was the best water pressure we’ve ever had in a hotel.
Breakfast from the bistro was yummy.

Nothing was really open within the hotel. It was like a ghost town. It was okay for an overnight as we had other things planned, but it would have been nice to be able to grab something to eat, swim or interact with anyone really.

Close to American Dream. Safe area

We booked solely to go to Medieval times! It was PERFECT! And only TWO buildings away!
When we checked in the main/front entrance road was flooded, but it was a quick route to get into the parking lot. Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
Not a lot of breakfast choices. Our only real issue was the shower did NOT work, at all.. their only solution, at 8pm, was to send maintenance up.
All-in-all great quick stay. We plan on coming back at least once a year! :)

The hotel location is good, and free parking are the only two good things at the hotel. The bathroom showerhead had black mold growing on it, the bathroom shower curtains had black mold growing on it, the bathroom sink had red mold growing around the faucets, both of the toilet paper rolls were almost empty when we checked in, the parking lot behind the building had empty alcohol bottles and other trash around the parking lot.

The room was clean. Convenience and walkable to my job.

Dated but due for renovations.

The hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner but with very limited offer. You need a car to go to restaurants in Lyndhurst.
Anyway, the bus stop is very close to the hotel and with 20-30 minutes you can reach Manhattan

The "Bistro" hours and menu options are limited and pricey. The paths from the parking lot to the hotel are unlit and hazardous. I was not impressed at all.

If visiting NYC/Manhattan, it’s roughly 40-50min away using Lincoln/Holland tunnel. Other option would be to park in Jersey City near any PATH station and take that into NYC. I would recommend the former as you’ll have to park and pay in Jersey City for PATH station as well.

Nice stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was confusing and should have been explained upon check in. The signs said to use the 2nd floor of the parking garage. The garage was empty after the first level, was dirty and made us uncomfortable.

The staff member at the front desk was absolutely rude, making us feel unwelcome.

Everything was perfect. The cucumber-lemon infused ice water was so refreshing! I left a very expensive item here, and they were able to ship it back to me no hassle. Cleanliness 10/10.

The parking building in the back is terribly dirty
Feels unsafe
Building is empty and there is garbage everywhere

Staff helped me retrieve an item left in my room after checkout. Bathroom has no fan. TV is on one side of the bed so difficult for 2nd person to see.

Great stay!

Place was clean but dated. No USB charger in room. Garage looked like a war zone. Trash everywhere Comstruction, barriers in weird places bridge to hotel
Blocked off. Stairs rusted and falling apart. Pieces on the stairs. Check in was stressed because rooms were not ready.

The tube was a bit small & not enough sugar for my coffee

The price of the snacks. $30 for 2 bottels of water, 2 soda bottels, 2 bags of chips, jack links bag and a twix. They know nothing is around where you can buy food.
3.0
Nothing special about the place. Had to request the room to be cleaned again when I checked in because it was somehow dirty. Elevators are old and rickety. The place was fine for one night. Very loud outside.

Very clean and quiet. Close enough to Metlife! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back if we are in the area again.
3.0
Nice quiet place with easy access to the surrounding destinations

The multi level parking garage behind the hotel was used at night by young people to congregate and show off their cars and perform heavy revving and burnouts! The toiled needed to be unblocked, as did the sink…
