A dreadful experience from start to finish. Check in was shoddy, the room was tired, not particularly clean and musty. Not what I'd expect from a big brand such as Hilton Hotels. I've stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions before and the standards continue to plummet.

Lovely room very spacious. Sofa bed was a little small for a 15 yo and a 10 yo. Bed and pillows great. View of the river was a bonus. Staff were very nice. Great location easy parking.

No parking. I had to park in a public car park and pay £15. Milk in for tea was 2 months out of date.

Our room and location were good. However, half the lights in our room didn’t work. Someone had to come in the evening and put new bulbs in. All of our soap and shampoo bottles were completely empty when we arrived and we had no toilet paper in our restroom. For the price we paid none of these things should have been overlooked.

WORST HILTON I HAVE EVER STAYED AT- Avoid!! First time I’ve ever left a negative review on here, but Double Tree Bath truly deserve it, air con didn’t work which resulted in a disrupted sleep. Moldy dirty window and the room we booked did not look as nice or as spacious as the one we booked online. Sofa bed significantly impeding the door access which became a more apparent issue when the fire alarm went off at 4am. Told this issue does not breach any health and safety rules but then they say they are still looking into it. Feels like customer safety and care is not a priority.

Great hotel in a great location. I was lucky enough to get a parking space (had to pay £15) so some people have to use the multi storey. I also had no TV remote in my room which they sourced for me.

Location is superb, and the underground Podium carpark, though separately managed, is convenient and spacious where city-centre parking is at a premium. The hotel has had a fairly recent refurbishment, so rooms are clean and modern, but the reception area and rooms do have a cramped feeling for a Hilton. Given the rich architectural history of the city as a whole, this hotel seems somewhat lacking in character by comparison, but on the other hand, the facilities and accessibility etc are up to date.

We had a 4th floor room with a King Bed. Facilities good, hanging space etc. no tissues in room & the air conditioning was either very cold or warm. The coffee option was by bags, there was no refill avail at night when asked. We didn’t use restaurant or bar. Parking in Podium £15 for 24 hours.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Bath, very short walk to all sights and overlooking the river Avon and the picturesque Pulteney bridge. Clean, modern rooms, good breakfast, kind and hospitable staff, very recommendable.

Great staff, property tired. We had mould on the windows and in the bathroom of our room. The floor under the pull out sofa had an old slipper and hair ties so hadn’t been cleaned out in a while. Pretty pricey considering condition of the room. Breakfast pretty good

Travelling with my 17 year old son and made sure to book a twin room. Upon arrival I was told that there were no twin rooms available and that we had to share a double. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known that they couldn't provide the correct room. Hotel itself is very nice

Nice hotel, clean and great location. Short walk in to Bath City centre. Staff very attentive. Asked for extra hangers, water in room. Housekeeper saw to it straight away. Concierge guy was brilliant. Great recommendations for local restaurants and excursions.

Lovely clean hotel, the reception area smelt amazing as we walked in. Noticed a very lovely bar area, umbrellas you could rent and an Uber machine. I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. Very happy with our stay at the Hilton

The room we were assigned was not well maintained. The price we paid was too much for a room in such condition. The window was left open so there was outdoor debris on our bed. The window was also very dirty and full of spider webs and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Handle was falling off the door. The door stop was hanging down, the shower had mold and the tray and drain were broken. The toilet flush was also only working on one side. The fridge was on the side rather than in the cupboard where it should be. Also the door didn't have a lock. It was broken. Overall, not the best kept Doubletree hotel I've stayed at.
