Lovely hotel, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Stayed here as good price with free parking. Got taxi to town for £10 local company, £6 uber. Easy check in with all info needed on paper given. Lovely rooms.

Had a fantastic stay at Dorian House, nothing but positive things to say from the friendly and helpful staff to the lovely room (no 6) along with a fantastic quality breakfast with local produce used. They really have everything you could possibly want. To the honesty bar, ice machine, complimentary bath salts and ear buds to knock out the sound of a snoring partner. There is honestly nothing I can think of to improve the whole experience. They were also very helpful with additional parking requirements when my partner had to travel down separately the following day due to a parent being unwell which I was most appreciative of as parking in Bath is very expensive. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk into town and I was happy to walk down the hill in the daytime & Uber back in the evening. An overall fantastic stay and a highly recommend if looking for somewhere to stay in Bath.

We had a perfect stay! The room was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were outstanding so friendly and welcoming. Everything about the experience was excellent. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with this choice of B&B , room very nice , breakfast was great but above all the staff could not be more helpful. Location was good and a 15 minute walk downhill into town. Not so easy walking back for some uphill to B&B but plenty of taxis in town for those wanting to save their legs and taxis were a decent price. B&B had private parking as street parking is a shocker in Bath so that was a bonus. The Xmas market was immense so plenty of walking required and ohhhhhh it was extremely busy in town but the vibe is great and some real good places to eat.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and the room was lovely. It was also only a small walk into the centre and with free parking at the hotel we did not need to use the car whilst we stayed there. 10/10

We enjoyed a night at this hotel and will certainly stay again when we are in Bath . Our room was beautifully decorated with a lovely bath in the bay window. We had a well prepared breakfast with quality ingredients. Well done to the friendly staff.

It was our first trip to Bath, the property was excellent and full of character. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Located on the outskirts of town, it was only a 10 - 15 minute walk in to the sights.

Having done a good piece of research on where to stay, the recommendations on this hotel definitely won us over. It is a lovely little B&B there’s no doubt. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful , and nothing is too much trouble . The breakfast is one of the finest we have experienced , and if our review was based on this alone it would definitely be 5*. However, having read the reviews and seen the pictures of other rooms with lovely views we were slightly disappointed to be in a lower ground room with a view of the car park. It was also a smallish room , although it utilised every inch of the space well, and there is a lovely shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately we found the room much too warm, which is obviously known as there was a fan going in the room on our arrival. However there were plentiful supplies of tea and milk , a definite plus. We cannot rate it 5 because of the above comments , however I wish we could rate it 4 and a half! The walk down to the city from the B&B seemed daunting at first , especially with my husband having had a knee replacement, and us both being not as fit as we’d wish, however we did this several times each day and can honestly say we hardly struggled at all. We would definitely consider staying here again if we returned to Bath , as long as we could have a room with a view. Thanks again to all concerned for a lovely stay.

Fantastic place to stay! This is my second stay here and I’ll stay here again when I return to Bath. The staff are helpful & pleasant. The rooms are elegant and spacious. They provide a lovely breakfast each morning. And you can walk from the B&B to everything you want to see in Bath!

Just an overnight stay whilst we visited Bath. Justin greeted us on arrival and was really helpful - maps, restaurants recommendations and directions on how to walk into Bath which only takes 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and staff delightful. Would certainly stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Dorian. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and of the highest quality. We were within walking distance of Bath city centre so there was no need for taxis. Would happily stay there again.

A very welcoming place, with excellent customer service and our room was very comfortable. My husband had hurt his knee and they moved our booking to a ground floor room which we really appreciated. Breakfasts were excellent and generous and we appreciated the honesty bar of an evening. The location is within a short walk of the city centre, but due to my husband’s injury we actually took the bus which was from a convenient stop just around the corner and only took a few minutes. We also got a taxi back from town which was really quick and easy. Highly recommend this place.

Our welcome was excellent, Bradley was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Our room was exceptional. Everything that you could want or need was at your fingertips. The stand alone roll top bath looked spectacular in the room, although the walk in shower suited our needs more and was brilliant. The bed was comfortable. We had a good night sleep.

From the minute we checked in until we left the service was outstanding, the staff were all helpful and gave advice on where to go, especially the gentleman from Wales.... Hotel was was very clean and the breakfast choice was amazing. Staff took our case up to the room, when we arrived, as we did arrive a litte earlier than checking in time, however that wasnt an issue. Parking was fine. The little details like nice body/bath scrub salts and umbrellas (if it was raining) that you could help yourself to. Our room was on the top floor, very clean and comfortable. There were chocolates, biscuits, water and tea/coffee machine in the room and a fan which was an added bonus. The location was good about 10 to 15 minutes to walk into Bath Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A gem! We had a cosy double and it was plenty big enough for two people and two big suitcases. The ensuite was awesome, best shower, modern. Breakfast was great. Staff were so helpful, nothing was a problem. Early check in, helped carry bags in. The walk into the city centre is 10 mins downhill. The hill back up is fine if you like walking. Recommend.
