We were not really happy with our stay here. We arrived early evening and went right to our room. The room was very hot and smelled of food. It was almost unbearable. We were unable to turn on the AC and went to front desk We were told that it is too cold outside for that. The heat was on in our room. We found that the window opened and that helped with the smell and excessive heat. We went out early the next morning and came back to the same thing. They closed our window when were were gone. We asked for milk for the instant coffee and got 2 little creamers. I left a note 2 days in a row asking for coffee and creams. One day we got plenty of creamers but no coffee. We were told that they were out of coffee. There was a pay for coffee machine in the lobby. They could have comped us a cup of coffee but did not. I found the hallways to be very smelly with a strong food odor. The only time food is served is during early morning. the carpeting in the hallways were very dirty as well. The room was very small but it was clean. Train station was a good 20 minute walk which was not convenient at all. We ended up taking an Uber into Paris each time we went. By the time you got to the train station and caught a train, it could have been a 2 hour trip. We could not open the safe. The front desk man came up and saw that the battery popped out. He said that happens a lot. I had a fear of us not getting it open at check out and have someone not understanding us. Language barrier

I stayed here because my friend was having her wedding reception at the hotel. Check out was quick and smooth. The interior was clear abd clean and the room was well modern with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good but had limited vegan options. However, this is France ao I expect that. There are great facilities including a gym and swimming pool. A short drive from the RER or around 20 minutes walk.

We had a lovely stay. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, who explained how ti get to the RER. And let us leave our car in the car park after check out as we were going into paris to watch the Olympics. The journey to The Stade de France was an easy journey it 20 minute walk to the station and 2 trains. Took us just under an hour. Much cheaper and easier than staying in Paris The room was perfect we had a view of the swimming pool. The air con worked it was 35c outside. The hotel is in a nice area we walked back from a restaurant at 10pm and felt safe. The town is lovely and the hotel is by the the river which was nice to walk along

Lovely hotel by the river ,great hotel ,well kept and the added bonus in summer of the great setting by river. The massive pool complex next door too is really good in hotter months .

The man on the night shift did not open the door for a long time after we arrived from a long journey and we had to telephone the hotel for him to open the door - it appeared he was asleep when he opened the door. This left us panicked / stranded before. The room was also small and did not have a fridge and the hotel was in middle of nowhere with no metro nearby.

Upon intial arrival to the airport, we were under the impression that transportation from the airport was included. It was listed on the site as an amenity. This was false, and was one of our biggest determining factors when booking this hotel. This in turn costed us $105 euro. The lobby was very nice. It gave the perception that the hotel was very nice. There was construction going on everywhere, One elevator was not working. Our floor actually looked a mess. The rooms were expected. Being in Europe, it was anticipated that it would be smaller. However the bathroom tub was filthy and disgusting looking. Once downstairs to explain to the desk clerk, another room was offered only for one night. Then we were told we would have to go back to our original room. The additional room door handle was broken. This was shrugged off as if it wasnt a valid concern for safety. We opted out of staying in the broken handle room due to this. On another night, we came back later after a day in town to find the entrance to the hotel locked.

Dirty hotel, no staff, not helpful reception. Very dissapointing. We found loads loads loads of mosquitoes, cockroaches in the room, on the ceiling as well, coming out through ventilation, air condition not working, you couldnt breath properly. We found just a fan in the room, which made a lot of noise. Bathroom disgusting, dirty, shampoo and soap left there opened from previous guests. I cant believe. DO NOT BOOK.

It is difficult to write about this hotel. I made this reservation specifically because a severe heat wave was predicted for Paris. I searched and selected hotel Nogent-sur-Marne. Price was excellent and the location gréât. When I arrived there was a sign stating that the air conditioning was not working. I asked the front desk when it would be repaired. They had no answer. There was a fan in the room. I decided to stay. There was a wedding taking place in thebanquet room and that was air conditioned. The front desk people were polite and helpful but it was not what I paid for or wanted. A total disappintment.

Trust the bad reviews of this place. The staff could barely speak English when they stated they could speak English. There were ants all over the floor, the shower ceiling had mold everywhere, the shower head was broken, and rooms looked nothing like the picture. The elevators are sketchy and you can hear everything through the hotel. This is also very out of the way from Paris, so I recommend finding something closer because we paid so much for metro cards and getting back to and from hotel.

Terrific post modern style executive hotel, with all the style & lush features youd expect to see in a suite on the the set of Columbo or Kojak. Voluminous space, broad terraces overlooking the meandering Marne, and a hot & cold breakfast buffet to die for (the best Ive ever devoured in France). Pour surete, Hotel Le Nogentel really hit the mark for this travel weary tourist. And the availability of a hot cuppa in room really took the biscuit.

Good for money, not really clean. Minibar didnt work. Minibar prices are very high. Breakfast is overpriced. 15 euro s for continental breakfast is too much. Wi-fi didnt work at all. Location is OK, not far from centre.

nice and very helpfull service. I had the chance to have a renovated room ( all arent ) which was very confortable. Restaurant is unfortunatly not open evry night.
